Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"

This is the best car I’ve owned. I grew up on Mercedes’s Benz but this is the first I’ve bought. Drives beautifully, quiet and smooth. Not one complaint.

When I got tired of the antics of the DC Metro area dealers, I decided to check out of area dealerships. In researching, I came across Helms Brothers in Bayside, New York. Through a referral, I reached out to an outstanding salesperson, Manny Rodriguez. He knows about every vehicle he sells, very professional, attentive and leaves no questions unanswered. It was a pleasure to have worked with Manny in regards to my GLA 250 lease. He is a valuable asset to Helms Brothers. He went way above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle on my timeline and price range. A true joy to drive. Comfortable and quiet. This is my go to vehicle for traveling. Not as much leg room in the back seats as my F150 Quad but much quieter.
My family & I had a great overall experience at MotorWerks INFINITY in Barrington. My salesman Steve Mink was phenomenal & great w kids. Everything is as promised smooth acceleration, smooth ride and quite comfortable. Takes a little getting use to all the gauges and dials but I'm 70 years old and little by little it's starting to come to me. I will say backing up is a new experience, my last car had sensors that warned me when I was getting too close to an object behind me , hopefully in time I'll get use to this too.
Friendly, fair pricing and no pressure. I test drove on my own and there was no urgency to buy. I worked with Frank. We negotiated over the phone, took less than 10 mins, and Frank had my paperwork ready upon arriving and took less than 15 mins to sign. Unfortunately, after taking the 2015 A4 premium plus with manual transmission home, the pedals gave me issues with my knees. I talked to Frank and Stu (owner), both gave me a fair price to return to A4 for another purchase. These guys are classy salesmen. Again, their pricing is fair and there is no pressure to buy.

The visibility with the lane changing indicators are excellent. The rear view and overhead camera was great. Sound system is the best. The vehicle r is very roomy.
We were very impressed with our sales person, who had great follow up and customer service. However since purchasing our vehicle, they have lost both of their certified AMG specialists and the service windows have over promised and under delivered. The service space is too small to accommodate the volume at this dealership. No car wash or vacuum service which means the car is not in the same shape as it was when you dropped it off.
