This is the best dealership in South Carolina and the best I have done any business with anywhere. Dealerships everywhere could learn from them. From the moment you walk in, to purchase, service or even buying a part they are the most helpful and courteous people you could ever work with. I have been a customer for quite some time and plan any future purchases to be from them. I can not recommend them highly enough.
This is my fifth new E Class Mercedes in over 21 years. All from Carlton Motors because I have been a satisfied customer. When asked why not a different brand, my response is the same. The service has been wonderful with Sammy Hood, the cars reliable, and the salesman treats me with personal interest. This time Robin Rollins was the best. My call went to Rodney Maddox and he listened to my needs even though he was busy. He said that Robin would call me back. Within minutes Robin called and told me everything that I needed to know and by the end of the evening, I was ready to buy without even seeing the car. That is how much trust I have in the dealership. Robin even volunteered to bring the car to me and he did. He spent three or four hours showing me how to operate all of the new features. I am grateful that such a dealership as Carlton Motors still exist and I love my new 2019 E 300.
The car was offered at a fair price and the sales staff tried their best to accommodate all requests. I was able to complete the purchase in 24 hours (which was important since I traveled some distance). A friend (and long time customer, Karen Pepper) recommended them, and so far, it's been a pleasant experience.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
5 Stars to this dealer, Senior Service Advisor, Scott Feinglass and Master Technician, Neal Williams! I took my new (to me) 911 Porsche Turbo S to this dealer for difficult and detailed repairs to the leather dash and a defective transmission mount, both of which were covered by the factory warranty. The work by Neal was perfect and flawless which was necessary because I plan to enter the car in Porsche coucours competitions and other events. Scott did a wonderful job in making sure that the repairs were covered by Porsche as they should have been. He also did a great service in finding me me a rental car while the work was being completed. In addition to the excellent workmanship, these guys got my auto back at the exact time they promised which is unheard of in this day and time.
