Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it

The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

Love the color combination white exterior and cashmere interior, I have the original window sticker and sales receipt the car sold out the door includes tax and discounts dealer prep for $64,000.00

Can't say enough about our experience with the service department. We have a Sprinter van converted to a dog and cat grooming salon on wheels. When we are down we can't work. The service department always finds a way to get us up and moving again in the fastest possible time. Although we live only 20 mins from another dealer we choose to drive the hour plus it takes just to bring our van to the most honest, hard working dealership we have had the experience of working with. The best most comfortable car I have ever owned! Performs like a Sedan! Highly maneuverable. Comfortable cockpit. Only minor fault, it consumes fuel on the highway! Very happy/satisfied otherwise!

I normally don't buy used cars from dealerships because of the cost vs buying from private seller, but they happened to have a rare car that I wanted. I sent an email after hours and Mark Carofano responded promptly the next morning. They were very reasonable in the negotiation process and never tried to gouge me at any point. They even took care of a few maintenance items before handing me the car! Mark was extremely responsive and professional. When I got there he had everything ready and gave me some Mercedes swag. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured at a typical dealership. It was a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. They had ordered pizza for the staff that day and he offered me a slice. He made it feel like it was a family business! I flew to pick up my car and had a 7 hour drive and they made it totally worth the travel. Katie the finance manager was also extremely pleasant and easy to talk to! She made the paperwork process seem, well seemless! Sometimes you see 150 reviews at all 5 stars and you think well this is probably fake but the you experience it for yourself and understand how they got these ratings. This is the first and probably last review I'll ever leave for a dealership and I'm glad it was for Mark, Katie and Mercedes of New London.
