I had reached out to several car dealers regarding Mercedes and BMWs and Rodni was the first to respond. Even though I live in Central NJ, his prompt response was impressive so I went out to this dealership a few days later. I wound up purchasing a beautiful Mercedes and I'm very pleased with my dealership experience.

My Mercedes Experience of RVC is always pleasant, effortless and professional because of my incredible salesman, Craig German. Craig sold us our first Mercedes and we haven't dealt with anyone since that time. Not only is Craig extremely professional, he is knowledgeable about the product he sells. He is just an overall nice guy, who enjoys the public and making sure his customers are satisfied. More people in sales should be like him. We don't want to deal with anyone else! We hope Craig is there whenever we want to do some future business with MB of RVC!!

My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!

This dealership, specifically salesman, Ronnie T, is awesome! I went to see what was available in this crazy time bc my lease was almost up on my equinox (that I got from Ronnie 3 years prior).. Ronnie is honest, not pushy, respectful and funny! We looked over our options, I told him realistically what my budget was vs what I was needing. I am very happy with my new purchase. BUT. The Braking system is jerky when applying the brakes and when sitting at a stop light if there is a small incline the vehicle rolls backward. A little unnerving to say the least.

I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting. Kind of makes you want to go and just hang out with them all day. Needless to say, I left with a new jeep. Thank you everyone!!
