Just traveled 550 miles to buy our second auto from Mark Cox at Cox Motor cars in Nashville, Tn. Why you ask? Simply put, the very best car buying experience anywhere! Mark sells mostly really nice vehicles coming off lease that are almost always low mileage and very well maintained. There is absolutely no pressure to buy, just walk around their comfortable indoor facility inspect the autos, take a test drive, and proceed when you are prepared to do so. I would never Be concerned about where the car came from or hidden issues that some dealers might conceal to a buyer. This is truly the very best dealer to purchase your next pre owned luxury auto!
Just a smooth and hassle free experience from start to finish. I think this is the 5th car I have purchased from Mark @ Cox Motors and could not be more satisfied. He stands behind what he sells and makes the transaction so easy I could have probably gotten in and out of there holding my breath. He builds trust and I assume he has a huge return business. A fair trader for sure, take a look.
Wanted to drop you a note saying many thanks for your “pre & post sale” service. This was my second purchase and we landed with both exceeding my expectations. I too have shared the quality of my buying experience.
BTW - Our CLS400 drives like a dream and is head turning gorgeous.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Because of the drive, we got in a little late but Evan, Kurt & Anita stayed to help us get everything taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Evan was a pleasure to deal with. I could not be happier with my car buying experience!
Evan was a pleasure to work with. So helpful and responsive. He heard our wants and helped me find the perfect car without feeling pressured. My husband and I both commented that the team at Mercedes really exceeded our expectations in the new car buying experience.
We travelled from AR to make our purchase with Bostelman Auto.
Made the purchase with 2 phone calls and when we arrived we spent less than an hour ,including test drive. Sales team was 2nd to none. Great job and we look forward to doing more business in the future.
I have had the best customer service experience at Mercedes Benz of Music city this past weekend. I couldn't believe that the service team actually responded back on a Sunday evening to one of my emails!!! Pretty darn amazing and beyond responsive. They had me scheduled for the next day, got me a loaner and took care of my car in the best possible way. If there is one reason why I would prefer MBofMC over MBofNashville, it would be customer service. I have been to MBofNashville for few services so far and it was no different from any other dealership of any other car model. MBofMC shows what a mercedes dealership is supposed to be and treats you the way you're supposed to be treated. Stanley Carmichael was my service rep and he is the nicest person ever. Not one of those dealerships who cater to a certain category of people, if you know what I mean. MBofMC would treat you like they would treat anyone else. The Service manager was there to talk to me if I had any questions and Stanley made sure I left extremely happy with my car. I would definitely mention MBofMC to any of my friends who are looking to get their car serviced (or even looking to buy a new car) given the way they treat people. And NO, they did not pay me to write this review nor did they mention anything about a review. Go try it out and you'd be thanking me for this review.
Outstanding service from every team member. I am a returning customer and always feel like their first priority. This last visit Stanley was my service representative and he kept me informed and provided exceptional service. I wouldn???t go anywhere else, this is a very well run business.

I am new to Nashville and when I made my purchase I was very timid on where to take my vehicle for service and for those emergencies that may occur.
