There are 2 parts to my review ... first the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process. They missed quite a few things that I think should have been caught so I was disappointed with the preparation of the car. I paid extra to get the CPO accreditation as compared to buying it from a wholesaler or an individual. But I expected better than what I got.
That said, the Customer Service was OUTSTANDING. From salesman (Ali) to Finance Person (Sarina) to Trainer (Skylar), I couldn't have asked for better, more involved and caring people. Especially Skylar who has actually followed up with me by email to make sure I am comfortable with the technology in this car. She is a real gem.
My new rep, Ali, has been most helpful in my ongoing purchase of a 2019 Mercedes S 63 AMG Coupe. Although they did not have one to take a test drive, he kindly found one at another dealership. I hope to make my purchase with him and the Bedford Mercedes Dealership once the pricelist for 2019 becomes available.

This place is amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with stellar customer service. Our salesman Dave and Finance manager Orlando, stayed hours after close to finish us up, they could’ve sent us home as there was a Cavs game on and EVERYBODY wanted to watch it. They even gave us a top notch loaner until our car was ready. Skyler has been a great help too! She makes herself available to answer any questions we have. I will surely be a repeat customer. I really appreciate them working with us. I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a quality, luxury vehicle.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My warning came on and I called the service department questions ning the meaning and need for repair. I was able to bring my car in then and waited about 45 mins while the battery was changed. The coffee in the waiting room was delicious! Of course the repair was done efficiently and properly.
Buying a used vehicle is not easy. Brian Rapoport made it easy. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Everyone was very respectful and nice. Bought a car on Saturday and it was detailed and ready for pick up on Monday.
This is my second Volvo from Leikin. While it is not the closest dealership to my house, it is absolutely worth the drive. The ENTIRE staff is amazing! Sales, service, body shop, everyone! Brian Rapoport assisted my purchase this time and he was fantastic. I'm very picky in my vehicle and he continued to help me until we found the perfect one. I always recommend Leikin!
Last month I was considering purchasing a new car. I noticed a low mileage 2016 Mercedes C300 at Leikin Motors and decided to take a quick look. I had no real intention of making a purchase that Saturday but after the test drive it was hard not to consider Mercedes. The cars smooth drive and power was impressive. The interior is well laid out with intuitive electronics and the navigation screen is much better than the one I had in my 328 xi. What eventually sealed the deal for me was the no pressure sales experience from the staff at Leiken. Ahmad Krayem the sales Associate was well informed and ensured that my expectations were met with my trade in and the price of the Mercedes C300. He also took additional time to walk through the layout of the car and go over the other services available through Mercedes. Great experience and a great car
Contacted by sales rep soon after Internet request. Proceeded with location of unit, video by text, and quote. Received estimate of trade-in by text communication. Scheduled pickup time for delivery. Greeted by sales consultant who handled the transaction professionally. Lease completed at agreed upon quote. Wife and I are pleased with our Akron Mercedes-Benz experience.
Great staff and buying experience. Just picked up a new C3004M. We thought we were going to have to order a 2018 model after searching without luck for a fully loaded model. MBofA was able to locate and secure a vehicle and get it to us in a week
