Here I was on my endless search for my dream car. Sadly after multiple trips to Miami to see cars that did not live up to the pictures, cars that had much more miles (in 1000's) than had been advertised and unfortunately cars that were not even there. And this was even if they just posted(while you were in route) I so wish I was joking. Well ok, back to Peterson Motorcars of WPB . 5pm on a Friday I show up as they are wrapping up the day. Did I feel rushed, absolutely not, were the quality of their cars top-notch,they most definitely were. Did everyone there just seem more relaxed than your average suit and tie dealership (understatement) Did I buy a car....Yes I Did. And the process was easy, never felt pressured, was given a great deal for a quality Lexus IS350*aka my dream car and YES I drove away in it in time to still have dinner by 7pm. I have purchased many cars in my 50 years of life but the overall experience at Peterson Motorcars I do not think will ever be repeated (oh wait,maybe ...if I go back for another car there in the future) Which I can definitely say ...will be my first stop. I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

AutoNation proves that it really cares about the customer. From the moment we began researching a car to the final signing of our purchase, our experience was wonderful. AutoNation promises to give a good discount on the a cars, and indeed they do. As indicated above, everything about the process has been most enjoyable. We purchased at Mercedes in Delray.Would recommend them immediately to anyone.
After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.
I have been impressed by everyone at the dealership in the six or so recent visits I've had. Robert Borden is the best service manager I have ever met. He and Ziggy the mechanic guided through and explained difficult problems and damage on my vehicle. Robert recently texted me after hours saving me $400 on the tire that was under warranty. All the service people, mechanics, concierges, salesman, cashiers are all always extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is spotless. Without even blinking two personnel signed my will which was left in the glove compartment of my SL 550 just before I left the country for two weeks. I would not have enjoyed my vacation if my will were unsigned.
We rated them 4 stars over all instead of 5 because no one is perfect, but Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach goes above and beyond to give you their best every time, and if not, immediately correct any mishaps when they occasionally occur. Special accolades to our service advisor ERICA and the service manager RON YANNI whom embody terms like "Quality", "Customer Service", and "The Best or Nothing".
I came to the dealership to have a used Mercedes SLK 350 put through a pre-sale inspection. Maggie was our contact on this project, she was great to work with. The vehicle did not do well. I was not going to buy that car. That is when Maggie suggested that if we wanted we could talk to sales rep. Jim. He talked to us about what we wanted, in the end he offered two choices and over that afternoon and the next day we did purchase a auto very similar to the one we had checked out. A car and deal I felt was fair for me and Jim. Both staff members were professional and represented the dealership properly!
A vehicle for me was well needed. Mr. Ralph made sure that I left the lot with a nice vehicle for a reasonable price. Thank you
