The sales reps were very communicative with me about the car I was looking at. They gave me good comparables in the area and sent multiple emails to make sure all my questions were getting answered.
We just couldn't get to an agreeable price that would have been worth my time to come in and check the vehicle out.
overall a very good experience but when you have a customers waiting in line and you hear and watch the Mercedes Benz employee thanking the customer in front to you and giving them 2 free car wash coupons and when you are closing out and paying and all they do is to tell you to make sure your rate them as excellent ???. it think something is missing. Minor ting an still love the place but you just need to make sure you are offering the same to all clients and not just some.
I live in Chicago & the dealership is in Portland, Oregon. I told Mr Marcus De La Rosa that I was seventy years old plus, I really wanted the car. He arranged the shipping of the new car to me and the old one back to him. Papers were overnighted to me and returned by US Postal Service. The experience was so enjoyable, that I am back again. Hoping for the same thing, or even close.
I purchased a 2014 MB C 250 sport/Luxury in February of 2017. The car is beyond my expectations. This particular car had many options not generally seen in most C class vehicles and with low mileage. Still, I believe I paid an extremely fair price for the car. The car is a joy to drive and handles like a much more expensive car and looks like it too! It's pure class! And as an added bonus, the 4 cylinder turbo sport engine gets terrific mileage. Just a wonderful, wonderful car.
My salesperson, Jason was extremely kind, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable about the car, the brand as well as the other vehicles in the showroom. The rest of the sales team were also very accommodating and engaging, asking if I needed anything such as coffee or water. The terrific gal in the finance department (I sincerely apologize for forgetting her name) was so kind and super efficient! Thank you! Thank you!
The dealership and its location in Portland is beautiful and the indoor showroom makes shopping for a car a very pleasant experience indeed. My husband and I have often told our friends about Freeman Motor Company and encourage them to visit.

I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle over the Internet, but my experience with Freeman Motor Co was outstanding. My salesman, Jason, went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with the purchase of my Audi TTS. He shot a five minute video walk around of the vehicle and was a great advocate for me when I asked to have the convertible top repaired.
The finance manager, Adam, made everything simple and painless.
The dealership picked me up at the airport and escorted me to the dealership where I met Jason, who happened to meet me on his day off. He walked through the features of the Audi with me, and handed over the keys to my beautiful car...with a new soft top!

He answered all the questions we asked, but he would refer to his team if he was unsure of the answer. To me, that showed me that he cared about his customer. It wasn't only about making a sale it was about customer satisfaction. Zach stood by what their mission statement is, he treated us like a friend not pushy at all. My wife decided to get a mercedes but was not happy with her decision because the vehicle was too small for our lifestyle. Zach and his sales manager assisted us and they were so willing to help that before we drove back Zach was already asking us what vehicles we wanted to look at. He was prepared when we got there so the process would be much quicker. Zach went above and beyond what any typical car salesman would do and exceeded our expectations of purchasing a vehicle. I was completely impressed by Seth (sales consultant) and Jonathan (finance manager) during our car buying experience at RTGT!! We're from the Spokane area and were a little leary about purchasing from a distance, but Seth and the team made the whole experience so smooth! Seth even went out of his way to pick us up and bring us to RTGT. They were easy to work with, talk to, and they really rolled out the red carpet for us (we purchased a pre-owned SUV).

When shopping for a used car I decide to change up my strategy and shop for a vehicle based on dealership reviews, and I'm so glad I did. We purchased a 2012 BMW X5 from D&C in early May, and after a few days noticed it was leaking oil...no big deal (or so we thought) but decided to call the dealership (not expecting much as it wasnt under warranty). Long story short, it ended up needing a very costly repair. Not only did D&C give us a luxury loaner for the month and fix our issue (for free) they also went above and beyond while inside our engine, preventing further issues in the future.
I knew they had a good reputation going into the buying process, now I understand why....WOW!
They have earned our business, and our recommendation.

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
