Great First Car-Buying Experience!

I went to Mercedes-Benz of Durham to embark on my first dealership car-buying experience. Words can't express the amount of anxiety I had stepping into this. We promptly met Nick Karras, General Manager, along with Bill Ingram, who was the salesman who would help me through the process. Bill was extremely patient with me and was sure to put my mind at ease allowing my to test driver, take my time looking the vehicle over, and answering any questions I had. This was a no-pressure, take-your-time, all-about-you experience with Bill. Bill is the complete opposite of the "Car Salesman" stereotype that everyone fears running into. After falling in love with the car, I moved to the financial side of things with Sarah Baily and Mostafa Abouauf. Both Sarah and Mostafa were extremely patient and understanding that I had a budge that I had to stick to. They both worked so hard talking to different banks and lenders to get me where I wanted to be. In the end, I ended up with the exact car that I went for with the exact payment I had in budget. Each person I dealt with during this transaction made me feel completely at ease and like they were truly there to help me. I can't say enough nice things about the dealership, the people, and the quality of customer care Mercedes-Benz of Durham provides.
