I’ve never been in a BMW dealership before and was very pleasantly surprised. Seems to me the sales people are a “ cut or two” above the typical car salesman. I worked with Eric and Art on a purchase of a used vehicle. No pressure, not pushy, and no BS. We agreed on terms and price and my wife and I left as very happy customers.
Contacted by sales rep soon after Internet request. Proceeded with location of unit, video by text, and quote. Received estimate of trade-in by text communication. Scheduled pickup time for delivery. Greeted by sales consultant who handled the transaction professionally. Lease completed at agreed upon quote. Wife and I are pleased with our Akron Mercedes-Benz experience.
Great staff and buying experience. Just picked up a new C3004M. We thought we were going to have to order a 2018 model after searching without luck for a fully loaded model. MBofA was able to locate and secure a vehicle and get it to us in a week

We worked with Sam to purchase a 2016 Tahoe LTV. He worked with us to deliver a great price and great service. I lived outside the area and they had the exact vehicle i was looking for. I asked questions to confirm the options and the quality of the vehicle. Sam was responsive and everything seemed in order so we made the trip to purchase the vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was detailed and ready for us. It was the exact condition that was described and we completed the purchase. The process was smooth and everyone there was courteous and professional. I would recommend Sam and the dealership to others.
Traveled to Canton from Cleveland due to excellent price on VW Passatt demo. Deal was as advertised. No bait and switch. James was sales person and he was excellent. All in all a good car buying experience. We ended up closing deal 45 minutes after regular closing time due to me getting stuck in traffic.
There are 2 parts to my review ... first the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process. They missed quite a few things that I think should have been caught so I was disappointed with the preparation of the car. I paid extra to get the CPO accreditation as compared to buying it from a wholesaler or an individual. But I expected better than what I got.
That said, the Customer Service was OUTSTANDING. From salesman (Ali) to Finance Person (Sarina) to Trainer (Skylar), I couldn't have asked for better, more involved and caring people. Especially Skylar who has actually followed up with me by email to make sure I am comfortable with the technology in this car. She is a real gem.
I drive over 300 miles to come to this dealership and these service consultants specifically. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I trust these guys completely with anything my car needs- they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need
I cannot speak highly enough for the attitudes, quality, and experience that my wife and I received at Michael Ray. The car was exactly how the pictures showed it to be, they were generous with letting us drive it around for as long as we wanted, and gave us a very generous trade-in credit for our car. We didn't know if we'd be buying a car that day, but we were thrilled to drive one of their vehicles home. We expressed concerns about one small issue with the car at time of purchase and they happily sent us over to a local mechanic's store to resolve the issue as part of the purchase price. That company was equally as professional and skilled and the whole experience made us feel like we were well taken care of. I would 100% recommend this company to my friends whenever they are in the market for a used vehicle. It's been....3? 4? weeks now since purchase, my wife loves driving it, and it hasn't spontaneously blown up or fallen apart on the road or made me think for one minute that the car is anything less than a stable and comfortable vehicle. I had heard good things about this lot so I drove across the state to check out an advertised vehicle i was interested in. I generally will not buy a car from a high-pressure dealer or someone who insults your intelligence with sales tactics. These folks appeared honest, straightforward and treated me fairly. The location is kind of off-putting but I recommend this place.
