I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Good experience with both my visit and follow up by staff. Met with Kasey, Felix (Sales Rep) and Robert (part owner) and test drove vehicle. They were very friendly and low key. Vehicle was beautiful and very fairly priced. Ultimately went with same model, but 1 year newer and lower miles from another dealer. They have a lot of very beautiful and rare vehicles at Discovery.
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
Great dealership and employees. Andy Mrasz was a total pleasure to deal with for my annual Mercedes service. He was not only extremely polite from the beginning when I rescheduled my appointment but was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous to the end. My experience with Crown Mercedes has been nothing but top notch from the purchase of our car from Larry Chapman the salesman to Andy our service advisor. Way to go Crown for having such great people!! Due to them you have certainly earned our business in the future. Keep up the great relationships with your customers.

I drove in to the Service Department without an appointment for a Check Engine light that was on. The Service Manager Marc Scotch saw me right away and made arrangements to get my car in. After a short time the problem was diagnosed and the repair was made while I waited in the Customer Lounge. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
I went to Auto Enterprise after doing a search on Cars.com, The car I wanted was a bit too high but I sent out a request anyway. Pete personally messaged me and asked If I wanted. When I said the price was out of my way he asked what I could do. They lowered the price and monthly payments to fit my budget.
When I went to pick up my car there were no extra fees, no shady deals, no bait and switch. I got my car, my papers signed, and I was out the door with a smile. If you need a used car, BUY HERE.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
This was such a pleasure! This is the fourth car we have bought and it was wonderful. We worked with Chris Santos and he was amazing!
