I have purchased many cars in my 57 years; however, more recently, each time I bought a car, it seemed to get more confusing, more time consuming, more wasted time chasing "internet deals" that turned out not to be deals at all, salespeople refusing to give me an "idea" or "ball-park" price without actually meeting face-to-face or simply not listening to what I was trying to say..??? This all changed when I spoke with Kevin at Atlanta Luxury Motors (ALM). Kevin listened so well that a couple of times I thought my cell phone had dropped the call???. but after Kevin summarized what I was asking for and offered a few tips on the warranty questions that I had, I knew immediately that not only was he listening???. he seemed to really care. We talked about my budget and he provided with several car options that were, quite frankly, almost too good to be true! Still "leery" from recent auto purchases???. I was imagining the quintessential "GOTCHA" as I drove to ALM to look at the car options that were presented to me on the phone. I was with my Wife and Daughter as the car purchase was to be for my Daughter to drive back and forth from school???.. I literally playing out all of the horrible possibilities of "bait & switch", "high-pressure", tag-team Manager "take-over" sales gimmicks and the most dreaded???.. finding out the deal you made with the Salesman & Sales Manager isn't the same deal the Finance Manager presents to you, thus starting the negotiations all over again???.. followed by endless "up-sell" and "add-on" pitches. It was a very cold day when we arrived at ALM???. Kevin had the car washed and warming-up when we arrived. After offering us hot beverages, Kevin gave us an overview of the features of the car and went for a test ride with my Daughter driving??? during the test ride, Kevin pointed out the safety features and accessories of the car while asking for her "candid" input as to how the car was handling, breaking and performing. After returning to ALM and my Daughter's approval of the car, Kevin had her current car appraised??? her car had a "DSC Traction Control" warning light on and the car had some nicks & dings; therefore, being that the car we were looking at was well below market value???. I was waiting/expecting a "low-ball" or unreasonable trade-in offer. I couldn't have been more wrong as Kevin returned with a trade-in offer that couldn't have been more reasonable and well above what I was expecting. After applying the trade-in to the price we agreed upon earlier, we headed into the Finance Office where we met Eric???. My Family's experience thus far had been so absolutely enjoyable??? the pessimist in me was still waiting "for the shoe to drop"???. Once again, I could't have been more wrong as Eric presented a couple of finance options???. some of which were lower than the offers discussed when putting the pricing together with Kevin. Eric effortlessly prepared the documents (with a short delay to change a printer cartridge) then explained each of the documents in easy to understand terms while patiently answering all of our questions???. Eric turned out to be very professional, competent, warm, friendly and quite entertaining???. as I cannot remember ever "laughing", as we did , in a Auto Dealer's Finance Office. This review is one of very few that I have ever written and although it has turned out to be much longer than I anticipated writing??? I feel as if I owed it to Kevin, Eric & ALM for making my Family's car buying experience such a pleasurable one! Not only did I get an AWESOME price on an AWESOME automobile???. I really feel like I met some AWESOME new friends that make me smile! I would highly recommend ALM to my Friends and I cannot imagine buying a car again from anyone else???..

I HATE car dealerships! With that being said we had the most amazing buying experience with this dealership! When we first entered the dealership we were quickly greeted by an employee named Kervin (sp?). He was a very nice young man who was new to the auto industry and was polite and professional. After a test drive they quickly appraised our vehicle to see where we were on the numbers. Shortly thereafter we were handed off to Shaun Wilhelmi who spent an entire week helping me sort through multiple vehicles in multiple locations along with coordinating multiple test drives. When I say this man has the patience of a saint I'm not kidding! I am a very high strung, high maintenance buyer and he never once appeared annoyed or frustrated at my constant text messages and phone calls. He even went so far as having a conference call with my husband and myself at 10 pm one night because my husbands work schedule is so hectic! Again he had nothing but a smile in his voice and never once appeared annoyed. He told us multiple times throughout the week that if it takes us a month to find a car that's fine with him because he wanted us to come back and buy from him again! Zero sales pressure! After going back and forth for a week we decided on a 2016 Lexus GX460 with only 2000 miles on it! It came time for financing and there was a bit of confusion regarding our trade in and financing options changed at the 9th hour. I knew the deal was over because it was a very complicated credit matter. I was shocked when after waiting 45 minutes Shaun Wilhelmi came out and said "we got the deal"! Pleasantly surprised the interest rate was 2 points LOWER than initially quoted thanks to the magic powers of the rockstar finance guy Shawn Phillips! Shawn P was also great comedic relief during an otherwise stressful time signing loan papers!!! Last but not lease Danny (sales manager) was very involved in the entire transaction and did everything he could to win our business including a "we owe" for a trailer hitch install on the new SUV. I can't say thank you enough to this fine group of folks. We have spent years working with a dealership down the road but I can tell you from here on out we will only deal with ALM for future purchases and we will tell all of our friends, colleagues and family to do the same! I would totally vote Shaun W. employee of the year!

I did my homework, looked at lots of options (Volvo XC60, Mercedes GLC300, etc.) and decided that the Audi Q5 was the way to go. Feature to price ratio falls in the middle between the Volvo and Mercedes, but the Audi made my heart flutter more than the other two. So I did my homework and studied packages and features to figure out what I really wanted this vehicle to have. Then I went through Costco and Sams Club pricing to see what kind of deal I could get. Costco referred me to another Audi dealer that I won't name--let's just say they are SOUTH of Atlanta. I drove all the way down from Forsyth County because they promised to same me money and offer some great services, but their deal was less than stellar. They knew my budget, did not offer much of a discount even with the Costco affiliation, and wanted to tack on extras such as $200 for nitrogen in the tires! I kind of ended up back at the drawing board and tried the Sams Club angle instead. They were looser in the dealer referral process than Costco, so through a couple of initial contacts, I ended up working with Ryan Asmer at Audi of Atlanta. Not only did he give me the Sams Club discount, he ended up knocking twice that again off the list price of a better vehicle. So I got a Q5 Prestige at a price lower than a Premium Plus at the other dealership! Everyone I dealt with at Audi of Atlanta was helpful and nice, and made the buying process as smooth and efficient as possible. I look forward to dealing with their Service department and a long relationship.

I spent 5 months test driving new cars, 2016. I test drove so many it became 2017. I dealt with many dealerships, sales people, makes and models from Kias to Lexus. But, when it came down to me plunking down the dough, it was the customer service that sold me, not the car. None of the cars really spoke to me and some of the sales people rubbed me the wrong way or didn't know their product. But that was not the case with RBM of Atlanta. Steve "Shupak" Szczupak is a warm friendly and funny person who genuinely cares about his customers. And he knows the Mercedes'. He should he has been selling them for a long, long time. Several of the sales people came and went when I returned to test drive a car again. Granted Steve sold my husband a Mercedes back in 2010, but he has been there for him ever since. My husband is not an needy as I am when it comes to cars, so knowing that Steve would be there long after the sale was important to me. Steve has not disappointed. He has followed up with me several times to help me learn the car. Along with Casey and Mr. Finance (Sorry I can't think of his name) at the dealership are nice and helpful too. They made the process of buying the car mostly pain free. Watching those dollars leave the bank account was the most painful. LOL!

After meticulously searching through vehicles and many dealerships, I found the vehicle calling my name at ALM on 05/25. Anxiously, I went to the dealership that same day, met with sales lady Shanta who was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire process :-)....she restored my faith in car salesmen again :-) She pulled up the vehicle I inquired about, we went for a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle, but what was even more enjoyable about my car buying experience, is that Shanta wasn't being too aggressive or trying to get me to buy a car right then, and she actually advised me to sleep on my thoughts and let her know whatever I decide. Well...later that day, I made my decision, called Shanta and told her that I'm ready to make my purchase. She sent me the link to fill out the application, once I completed the application, I went back to the dealership the next day and was trading in my old car and driving away in my new Lexus in about 1.5hr and that is how I LOVE doing business. ALM has gained a new loyal customer. THANKS SO MUCH SHANTA for your professionalism, honesty, and awesome customer service :-)

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

This vehicle has all the features I wanted in a car. The comfort and beauty of the vehicle is excellent. The technology has so many safety features I.e. the surround cameras, Lane assist, break assist and park assist and so much more are all assets I wanted in my new car. I enjoy the download of my cd’s into the main computer, no more entering cds for my favorite music. Having separate heating and cooling for the back seat is wonderful and helps everyone have an enjoyable ride. I thoroughly enjoy my new car.

My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. We used the Off Lease Only website to search their inventory. Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗

From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.

Today was an amazing day. Truthfully speaking, I walked into Off Lease with little hope of purchasing a car today. My credit is poor and is in the midst of being repaired. I do have a moderate income and a trustworthy career that I got into debt working hard to establish. However, my previous car had many issues and I began to worry about safety for my children. Today I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by smiling faces. Still half asleep I walked in partially disheveled from long shifts the last few days. From the front desk woman, to being happy that my saleswoman was female a sweet demeanor, to the friendly sales manager who promptly introduced himself and assured me where there's a will theres a way. I arrived at about 10 am and left at 230 PM in enough time to see my children's surprised and smiling faces when they saw our new 2018 Dodge Charger. Jade my saleswoman made all the difference. First and foremost, she explained the process and helped me get set up with a test drive. She reassured me that it was worth trying to apply for financing because Off Lease has many banks that help approve clients. I went with it and to my surprise I was approved. Armando the financial manager worked his best to get me a fair rate and ensured I got all the services needed to protect my investment. I am very please especially that the process was so well organized so that I could drop my children to school drive to OL (1 hour) and get out by 2:30 to get them by 330. The whole process from start to finish was 6.5 hours. Not bad for financing compared to most places. Thank you all for your attention, assertiveness, empathy, and compassion!!!! Especially Ms. Jade:) I would highly reccomend and this is the fourth car purchased in my family from Off Lease!

I went to Offlease on my Brother's recommendation. He purchased a Lexus and a Toyota from them in the past. Never expected such an honest, straight forward, customer oriented experience. This is not the typical used car dealership we are all familiar with. I don't know of any place that would provide you with carfax reports on every vehicle. And if that's not enough they even have a "true car" inspection performed detailing damage previously sustained (even if it had been repaired). You can test drive as many cars as you wish (and believe me I did). Finally they'll even let you take the car the your mechanic (although I never did cause I trusted them so much I didn't feel like I needed to). My sales rep, Jared, was always professional from the time I spoke to him on the phone to the final handshake. My mom and I were there the entire afternoon till closing looking at cars, taking test drives and asking questions. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to buy anything. This is amazing because Jared apparently made 3 sales that day and not once did I feel neglected or rushed. He coordinated all aspects of the sale and followed up with service that was beyond my expectations (more on this later). Toby did my trade-in appraisal and the $500 he gave me for my 13 years young manual Chevy HHR was what I had hoped to get (and probably more than what it was really worth). The clutch was questionable, it always required two ignitions to start, and it had 190K miles. Bottom line, I am very happy with the value I got for my trade in. Toby could have been a jerk, he never made fun of my ride or gave me some hardball appraisal tactic. He simply stated the issues he found with my car and gave me his professional appraisal. Thanks! Well, eventually we had to get the paperwork done to make the sale official and Albert made it easy. He tried to sell me the extended warranty but was never pushy about it. He explained the papers I was signing and did it all quickly because he was extremely organized. We ran into a problem, I didnt have my title with me and GMAC didn't remove the lien on my car even though my trade in was paid off. Long story short, I finished the trade in after I already purchased the car off their lot. I was concerned that they would try to decrease my trade in value for my old HHR but they were true to their word and gave me $500 plus $30 (for the tax I would have saved had I did the trade in on the day of sale). Seriously, that's unbelievable! What really impressed me most was how they (thanks Stephanie even though I never met you in person) took care of me even after I purchased the Caravan. So the Caravan that my Mom chose had a strange vibration during my test drive. They had their mechanic check it out and they told me it was the rear tires. Well, they promised me they'd replace the tires at no charge. Problem was their service department was very busy and backed up for days. They wouldn't be able to change my tires until 5 days after my purchase. Wait a second... I only have 5 days to return this car. Sounds suspicious right? Nope! They emailed me a voucher that I could take to any PepBoys to have the rear tires replaced at my convenience. Are you kidding me?! So I took it to PepBoys, they changed out the rear Michellin to new Michellin (not some cheap crap) tires and now the car I just bought rides as smooth as it should. Guys thanks for this amazing car buying experience. You have earned yourself a customer for life.

Wonderful people to deal with from the young woman greeting you as you come in (Give that woman a stool to rest on!) to the proficient and knowledgeable floor salespeople, (Thank you Moe and Lettie for your fun natures and attentiveness. Your competency in knowing your product and effortlessly answering my every question was delightful. Their very able finance manager, Lennox, (If he's not a manager, he should be.) handled my prodigious amount of financing and title paperwork quickly and skillfully explaining every nuance of the governmental paperwork with the patience of a saint. The only negative for me was the was the long waits for the different departments in the pipeline to become available. Have Moe put in a decent espresso bar. 👌 One more thing, corporate needs to incorporate a decent profit sharing plan with their employees. One good turn deserves another. These workers deserve it.

I'd driven the same car since I was 16 (I'm 25) - an old model Tahoe, which I loved. Then I got in a fender bender. Because the car was old, had 200,000+ miles and some other body damage, insurance totaled it. So I'm driving around in this crappy little Fiat rental, and suddenly I have a very small window to find a new car. I wanted something with low milage, AWD/4WD for off-road, but with good mpg (I live in Virginia Highlands & work in downtown Atlanta). Subaru's basically the only make for it. So I decided on a 2012-2014 Crosstrek with 30k miles. I researched and found several in the area. The lowest price point by far was at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Kennesaw, so low in fact, I was sure there was a catch. I called to schedule a drive for a 2013 Crosstrek. Randomly, a man called Oscar answered there. I can't describe how fortuitous this was. Oscar Bryant is not just a good salesman (which he is). He is good people. This was my first time buying a car, ever. I was nervous, skeptical, steeling myself for a tough experience. TV has created the trope of the used car salesman as the epitome of sleaze. Oscar defies this. In short, there was no catch. Even my dad, who helped me through the process, and who is a hard case when it comes to salesman (he's been a salesman himself for 40+ years) was pleased and even impressed (I don't say that lightly) with the process. Genuine 5 stars across the board. Seriously, a pleasure to buy a car up at ALM Kennesaw, and if you call, ask for Oscar.

I bought a used 2013 Ford F-150 from Alex Dorrego at ALM Gwinnett and whole process was fantastic. Alex was extremely professional and did everything he could to get me the best price possible, and even took care of a few cosmetic issues free of charge (torn leather seat, faded paint, etc.). I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

Mercedes benz does have a higher price than some other full size SUVs. However, the cost is worth it. This has so many safety features--multiple air bags, reinforced doors, driver/lane and blindspot assist just to name a few. It is still nicely sporty on the exterior and has a powerful V6 engine with plenty of horsepower. Very smooth drive. Add in a luxurious interior with a third row adults can actually ride in plus a panoramic moon roof, upgraded sound system and large dash screen --it makes this luxury SUV worth the investment. So happy I bought this one!

Love the style and comfort of the vehicle. Computer is not very user friendly - having some difficulty figuring out how to use some of the systems in the car and the owner's manual is confusing also. Fuel efficiency is great though for the size of vehicle that it is and the handling of the car is amazing.
