Fast, quality repair and warranty submission

After discovering that the dealership where I purchased my GLK was too busy to get me in (3 days out and I would have to leave it for a few hours) just to look at a sunroof that had spontaneously shattered (apparently a regular problem on multiple vehicles from different manufacturers), I gave MB Littleton a call. The woman, Ashly, who answered said, "bring it by any time and our service crew will evaluate it while you wait." I was there 30 minutes later and another Ashly came out, looked at the damaged sunroof (no sign of any impact) and said, "This is a warranty repair. Can you leave it with me now if I give you a loaner?" I was impressed (the other dealer had said that if I needed a loaner while they evaluated the damage, I would have to wait at least a week). To top that off, after Ashly estimated that obtaining the new part might take 3+ days, she called me the following afternoon to let me know that it was ready.
The repair was perfect and the dealership washed my vehicle inside and out. Working with Ashly was great. MB Littleton has stolen this customer away from its Denver competition.
