All around top notch service! Whether purchasing or having vehicle service preformed, everyone at Feldmann Imports works to make it a personal, convenient and comfortable experience. People and relationships are as much a part of their business as cars! We worked with several individuals due to the circumstances of our purchase. Jenna was patient and positive while assisting us with unforseen aspects of our trade in vehicle. We were in a position of having to make major mechanical repairs to a vehicle system known to be problematic. We had not purchased at Feldmanns initially but, trusted the service people greatly. Ryan advised us it was possible to cancel the extended warranty for a refund as it did not cover the needed repairs.--again, not a purchase made at Feldmanns (mistake!). Ryan was very accommodating while sorting out the details of the situation. His communication was frequent and relevant. Ultimately, we decided to get out of the vehicle because of the known maintenance issues. Boris Perelman identified a newer vehicle with very low miles and worked to make the pieces fit in a truly feasible way. He is very knowledgeable and professional, all the while showing a warmness not always present in typical sales relationships! He safely yet effectively coached me through a demonstration of the vehicle's (ML350) handling capabilities. Jerry in finance was thorough and detailed. He took the conversation straight to the point with the bank to identify the maximum financing amounts and ratios. This allowed us to roll negative equity and still maintain a managable monthly payment. The paperwork was explained in a meaningful and efficient way. The signing process was simple and enjoyable. Finally, the detail technicians made the vehicle look new, off the showroom floor! It absolutely sparkled inside and out. This, by far, has been my best car buying experience. Feldmann Imports has more than earned my repeated business! Thank you to all the Feldmann staff and to Joe for your "tone at the top" it shows in every employee!
