Sarah McBee was my first contact with the Dealership. She was professional, friendly and very helpful.
On the day of the service, Brian Parker met me and took care of the paperwork. Later, he informed me of needed repairs. When he found I had an extended warranty, he said, "Don't worry, I'll take care of contacting the warranty people and will handle all the details. He did!
