I'd like to preface this review with, we are from out of state and depended on reviews while shopping for our vehicle and we were prepared to walk away at anytime. I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

The GLS has the luxury of a sedan and the versatility of an SUV. This is the fourth GL series that I have had and would not consider another vehicle.

Purchased a car via web. Assigned sales associate, Sunni Wang was very professional and responsive and made the transaction enjoyable.

My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

I have oniy positive remarks...Working with my sales consultant Alex Chung at Bridgewater MB was honestly THE BEST car buying experience that I have ever had. If I recall correctly, I have gone through this process at least 15 other times at many other dealerships and never really walked away feeling unscathed. Alex Chung and Isaac Morgan bring so much class to the Mercedes dealership and are clearly well suited for this level of excellence! I will continue to spread the word on how wonderful this dealership is and refer my friends and family who are looking for their next luxury car directly these gentlemen.

After a pleasant service experience (in which they worked to get me in while still under warranty), I brought my mother in as her lease was nearing the end. The salesman, Marlon, and the manager, Isaac, couldn’t have been nicer to deal with and she ended up signing the papers that day. Although long term Mercedes customers, we had become disappointed with the level of service (and, let’s be honest, the price) we were being given by our normal dealer. Marlon and Isaac, and the service department, were a pleasure to do business with, and I have every intention to return when my own lease is up.

We had a very positive experience with this dealership. We shopped around and needed a lot of hand holding. The used car manager Joe was great throughout the entire process. We definitely were not easy customers.

Special. A delight to drive. Love the way it handles. Extremely responsive, both acceleration and steering. Cabin is very quiet and at night almost too relaxing.
