My wife and I had an Excellent experience working with Richard Rollnick , Sales and Leasing Consultant for Schumacher Mercedes Benz in Scottsdale, AZ in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I can not say enough about the professional manner by which Richard conducted himself throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about his products, a gentleman at all times and most important was a good listener. He listened to our needs and interests and then directed us in the best buying direction for us.
I would highly recommend Richard Rollnick as the best person in AZ to work with to purchase a new or used Mercedes Benz.
My hat is off for the shop crew who can fix anything. I have had my car service from St George to Farmington Utah..Trust me Draper is the best. They will not nickel and dime you. They alway do an complete car inspection after there repair for a total peace of mind. :)
I just purchased a gently used Volvo XC70 from their dealership and the entire process was so easy. The staff at Smith Imports are friendly, honest, professional and very accommodating. I initially met with Paula Keltner for the test drive. She arranged for delivery of the vehicle to a mechanic of my choice for a Pre-Purchase inspection, which received a glowing report. John Adams worked up the necessary paperwork the next day and offered to purchase my existing car and further reduce the cost of the Volvo. I wasn't expecting the trade, and received what I believe was a good offer. I even had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Andy Smith, who was very friendly and concerned about my buying experience. I also want to thank Micah Harris, who was kind enough to go over all the features in the Volvo before I drove off. Smith Imports offers top quality vehicles, in excellent condition and reasonably priced. I left there confident with my purchase and knowledge that this was the best place to buy a car.

From the moment we pulled into the lot we were very well taken care of . Mrs Hayhurst took care of all our needs and found us a car within the hour. She has since checked in with us weekly ! She is excellent! Everyone in the dealership were extremely helpful.

I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.

Used on long trips with family. Great highway fun and comfortable vehicle. Amazing powerful Engine. Great acceleration for its size. Lots of room and loaded with technology.
I recently purchased a used vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs. It was a positive experience from start to finish. What has been most impressive though, is the follow up since the sale. I've reached out to my salesman (Thomas Nagy) multiple times with a variety of questions. Each time, he responded quickly and professionally. This was the kind of service Thomas promised as we were negotiating the sale, and he has delivered.

We were looking for a seven passenger AWD SUV that could actually accommodate seven adults. The Q7 rear seats are kids only and the 3.0 twin turbo engine was just adequate. The Escalade drives horribly and is a monument to useless bling. The GLS 550 was the solution. Big enough for seven adults with still room left over for luggage. Excellent access to the third row with one button push. Though some of the dash controls are not up to S class standards the rest of the interior is more than up to the luxury "test". Up to date tech all around. The engine provides acceleration that puts some pony cars to shame. Handling with the adaptive sway bars is unbelievable for a vehicle that weighs almost three tons, on par with some sporty mid size sedans. Though expensive at more than 100K it is still competitive pricewise with the Escalade, Lexus LX and infinity Q80, all of which are much dynamically inferior truck chassis, not to mention slower and just as thirsty.
As he always has, service advisor Chuck Griffith again went above and beyond for me providing exceptional customer service rarely found anymore these days. He understands that a premium ownership experience drives customer loyalty. I called him to make an appointment for a passenger power seat malfunction on my 2015 X3. He called to my attention that my warranty was going to expire in just 3 days. I thanked him, but told him there was no rush to get an appointment because had purchased an extended warranty from Germain BMW earlier in the year. He quickly reviewed the documentation for on file for my vehicle and reminded me that the extended warranty has a $250 deductible. With a genuine customer focused sense of urgency, he was able to schedule the service appointment for the we following day and provide me with his personal loaner vehicle which we needed because were rushing around with Dr. appointments, etc. prior to flying back to Milwaukee for the holidays, and have only one vehicle her in Florida. I am extremely grateful to Chuck for everything he did to save me $250 with such a small window of opportunity and making it so convenient for me. Like he has in the past, he made me feel like I am his only customer. And as a valued Germain BMW owner, he returns that loyalty with unparalleled service, support and convenience. Accordingly, my rating is a ???slam dunk??? 5 stars, and even higher if your rating scale allowed.
Best dealership I've ever dealt with. The service department is first-class. With employees like Henry Garcia you ensure that each person who walks through the door feels he or she is the most important person in the world at that m0ment. Henry demonstrated this feeling the moment I came in contact with him. He showed me to the lounge, got the work on my car started promptly, and coordinated with the individual who arranged shuttle service. Upon completion of my visit he reviewed the results in detail. Experience was more than I could ask for. Mike Boden was on point and a great partner in getting me into the car I wanted. The premises are very welcoming and the staff courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership.

Oh my goodness. First Mercedes and first luxury car. This car is a wonderful combination of a high strength steel safety cage, 440 horsepower, 500 foot pounds of torque on a responsive air suspension dominating and subduing the highways at great speeds. The headlights light up the night. The leather seats cosset. The style is timeless and classy. My wife feels elegant and special as she should whenever she drives it. This car is worth it. I would buy again, but for my wife.....I’ll stick with my Dodge Durango. This is the vehicle that may save my family’s lives in a crash. Worth every penny.
Jose Ramos the best sales rep in the world. Both the entire team at Benz of Fairfield went out of their way, above and beyond to get me into my dream car. No gimmicks, honest and up front salesmanship. I have no words to thank them all for their hard work. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thanks a mil, I really appreciate all that you did.
