Used 2015 Mercedes-Benz M-Class for sale near San Gabriel, CA

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

ML is one of my favorite cars of all time. my 2015 ML350, is nimble, good on gas, plenty of power, low maintenance and smooth. I truly love driving it.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I first learned about the ML350 4matic from a best friend who purchased one back in 2009. He had returned from Iraq and bought one used his first day back in the U.S. He still has that car and it has 325K miles on it and it's running great still. That completely sold me on their reliability (at least for the gasoline engine, not the bluetec diesal). I've met several other ML owners who've experienced the exact same thing with their cars well over 200K and running strong. It's like an inside secret that they're one of the most durable SUV's ever made. Besides being extremely reliable (haven't had even a single issue go wrong), this car is a complete joy to drive everywhere (highway/city) in ANY kind of weather. I live in Denver and travel up to our mountains regularly, and this handles ice, snow, DEEP snow like it was nothing. It makes driving on icy snow-packed roads actually fun due to the confidence it inspires with it's AWD. In short, this is truly one of the best SUVs ever made by ANY manufacturer, and I've driven them all. I can't give it enough praise as it just does everything exceptionally well.

We looked for a smaller replacement for our 2000 Navigator (16 years and 234,000 miles) and finally chose a 2015 ML350. This is by far the best car we've owned in our 60+ years of existence. COmfortable, decent mileage, all the bells & whistles we need and the perfect size. Quick to freeway speed, cruises well at 80. Not looking to replace this one for a while. One caveat - maintenance is not cheap.

The sales person Desmond was awesome. I came to car lux specifically for one particular car that I saw online. That particular car was not available. However, Desmond worked extremely hard to get me in not just any car, but the right car to suit my needs. Previously owned an ML and wanted another one. It was hard to find because they stopped making that model in 2015! It was well worth the wait.
