I purchased a vehicle awhile ago and the vehicle is still doing great. Mr. Rameez was outstanding with his history of the car and his customer service. The car is still perfect and runs like a charm. My price was below the value for end of the year sale value. I checked with a broker friend.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
I purchased a Panamera a few months ago and my oil level light came on a few days ago so I called Eric to see if they could take a look at it for me and with no hesitation he said, yes. I purchased a 2014 Mercedes suv from Malones in November 2017. I viewed the vehicle on the internet and flew to Atlanta to complete the purchase. The vehicle was exactly as represented and was extremely clean. Great sales team and I would buy another car from them.
Honestly, when I first arrived at Malone's I was really skeptical. It appeared to be a small dealership that just turns and burns cars. However, once I went in they have a great and knowledgeable team of professionals that helped me out. They mostly specialize in Mercedes vehicles and actually knew the details of the vehicles they were selling. (Being a car enthusiast I can normally give any dealership a run for their money) I ended up finding a 2015 Mercedes E350 that had all the features I liked and they even let me take it to my personal mechanic to get it checked out. He said it was in great shape and was clearly taken care of. Looking at other vehicles on the lot it appeared that most vehicles were specially chosen for their quality vs just reselling anything they could. I think the biggest thing I appreciated the most with my experience is one of the owners was there and he came to talk to me like any regular person. He was very open to feedback on what I noticed with some of the listing photos and it had a family feel to it like I mattered. I ended up purchasing the 2015 Mercedes and I love it! I would highly recommend Malone's Automotive.
