The sales reps were very communicative with me about the car I was looking at. They gave me good comparables in the area and sent multiple emails to make sure all my questions were getting answered.
We just couldn't get to an agreeable price that would have been worth my time to come in and check the vehicle out.
Keith Diffenderffer was terrific from start to finish, and his offer to spend time with us after our purchase to make sure we got the most out of the car was much appreciated. He was also able to answer every question we had. i think Dale helped us in Finance. He was terrific, as well.
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was able to get into exactly what I wanted. The salesman was very knowledgeable on their inventory and their process. I felt like I knew everything I needed to know walking out. They were open to all my questions and more then willing to work with me! Awesome experience!!

Great service, communication and flexibility from John Anderson and Dave Milbrandt in closing my transaction to purchase a 2018 Chevy Colorado. Appreciate everything they did to enable a simple, straight forward sales process.
Incredible experience with this dealership. I rarely ever do reviews for any company but I truly believe this company went out of their way to make my experience 10x better. I was interested in a vehicle that I found online and as soon as I inquired about it they provided answers to every single one of my questions and even took the time to do a walk around video on the vehicle and show any flaws if any on the vehicle. I spent probably about 3 hours on the phone with the sales guy and he patiently guided me through the whole process. even after I came to the dealership they treated me with the most respect I have ever seen. I rarely buy cars since I always keep my vehicle till the wheels fall off but I am telling you this, because of this dealership and the experience I received I will change my style of buying cars and buy a car more frequently. I recommend this dealership if you want to be treated with respect and not just like a normal customer but instead they treat you like you guys have been friends for a while or you could even say like family.
Jeremy responded to my application within 30 min. He made the process smooth and quick. Went in after work, test drove the jeep and bought it the same day. It was a very nice experience. He is helpful, patient, knowledgeable and had me laughing. Would recommend to anyone.
Mo was amazing. His no pressure sales and honesty was what kept me from going any other dealer. I was not immediately approved but they did not make me feel bad and helped me get the vehicle. No hassle no pressure! Love the 3mnth 3000mile warranty. If u want to buy a car call ahead and ask for Mo!!
Great buying experience. No high pressure. Great negotiations. Really good inventory. Their 90 day warranty is a bonus. I had an engine problem shortly after purchasing. They hooked me up with a repair facility who got me in quickly and did great work. They explained the problem. Showed me the fix. All at no cost to me. I’d give them a 10 star rat
i have nothing but the best experience with dealing with the sale person and office person the process has been easy and totally great since we did all the dealings over the phone and internet i had no problems what so ever and will be dealing with Mercedes Benz of Portland many more years i live in Blaine Washington right at the Canadian border and i tried originally to deal with the smart dealer in Seattle but had not the best dealing with the sales people there
