A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.

I called about a particular car I found on their website and he couldn't find it. My description of the car along with the stock no. and he still couldn't locate it. He said he can't keep track of all his inventory because he sells over 30 car per day... What? Who does that much volume? I'm sure not this place
Buying a car from J&M was the best car buying experience by far! I worked with Vinny who was more than patient and accommodating with me. Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. He dealt with me calling him multiple times a day to ask questions or even just check on the status of my vehicle being ready! He did his best to make sure I got my vehicle before the holiday. He made sure he put me and my child in a safe, reliable vehicle. I would highly recommend J&M to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle...in fact, I already have! :)

Ray the Manager is a very low key manager who wants the customer to be happy with everything to do with the car buying process.

I spoke with Ed about the issue with the CV Joint on my 07 S550 and how I felt about how it was handled. He assured me the whole thing was a misunderstanding and was willing to meet me half way on the repair and to make it more convenient for me I could use my mechanic to do the job.

I have been debating buying a new (used) car for a while. Searched the Mercedes CPO website regularly. When I saw that Greenwich had an ML with every feature my wife and I wanted I still procrastinated. I waited till this past Friday afternoon to call Greenwich Mercedes. Receptionist put me in touch with Tim H. and an hour later I had agreed to buy the car and pick it up the next day. Now, I told Tim that I was coming from Jersey so I wanted to be sure the paperwork and car would be ready so we can just take it home that same day. True to his word, Tim ensured that Finance had all the papers ready to sign and that the car was fully detailed. We drove up Saturday around noon and were home before dinnertime with a new ML350.
I never thought that I could afford a mercedes, but my fiance talked me into going to this dealership which he has been a customer of since 2014! He introduced me to Claudio Cirillo, who along with his team took the hassle and the stress out of the entire shopping and leasing process. I told them that the lease with my Toyota Scion was due to expire in two weeks, and Claudio was able to find me a mercedes within two days of that! They even took my old leased toyota and returned it for me so i did not have to do it myself. Claudio and his team made it so that when I came into the dealership, all i had to do was just sign some papers and that's it. They had everything waiting for me already. Then Freddy was nice enough to register me for the mBrace account and activate it on the spot, as well as show me the ins and outs of my new car. I could not be happier, nor could i recommend this dealership enough!!!! The customer service of Claudio and his team, and how accommodating the entire dealership was, will have my ever lasting loyalty.
