Excellent customer service. Lots of inventory. Prices are fair. I would recommend new customers to dealership. Friendly group people. Would come back again thank you.

I looked (hard) at BMW X5, Infiniti QX60, Lexus GX460.... wasn't even thinking Mercedes! Bought the ML350.
I previously drove QX80 and was looking to down size. Have been driving big SUVs for 20 years and while I wanted something smaller didn't want to feel too short (height. )
We do a lot of highway driving on two lane roads. The size and height of previous vehicles was very important to me.
I am really happy with my choice. Very quiet, smooth, comfortable and beautiful. I don't feel cramped and now wondering why I waited so long to move on from monster SUVs.
I actually sat in my car talking to a neighbor the other day, she was in a Tahoe... she was only slightly taller than me....really happy with my choice.
About my other prospects: X5 far and away the zippiest, Lexus very solid and comfortable but a little stiff; QX 60 was well appointed but can't hold a candle to its bigger brother in comfort or quiet.
The ML 350 and its successor GLE 350 are just about perfect.
This was one of the most professional dealerships I have dealt with. No hard sell, just a genuine interest in meeting my automotive needs. They didn't have the vehicle I needed, but I will consider them in the future.
Okay, kinda', but not worth the cost

I have twice been stranded due to the shifter not coming out of Neutral. Can't go forward or reverse. This is a big dependability problem!
Also, the non-leather seats have worked on destroying themselves with little cupped cuts (not due to anything in or on my pants, just fatigued and marginal material. I'd much rather have normal leather wear with the fold lines, etc. that appear over time in some vehicles.
Electronic parking brake very loud. I test drove other new, and they were all the same, annoying. Navigation voice recognition is marginal...takes a lot of repeating. Running boards are more of a problem than help. PS, High towing capability...and I personally like the way the rear seats folded down. All reviewers complain as "old school design" but, it allows folded rear seat backs to be flat and it protects the backs of the front seats from shifting cargo.
