This review is for the periodic maintenance with my advisor, Jimmy Ho. Jimmy's team's great. Jimmy has been my go to advisor for the last few 10,000 maintenance services and I will continue to bring my car to him for service in the future. Everything was done on time and I feel that my car runs much smoother after it's been serviced. The shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up is definitely an added benefit. Drivers are polite and the cars are clean.
Autobahn, specifically Juan Dominquez was extremely professional and courteous. He was very helpful, polite, and engaged. I truly appreciate his customer service attitude, especially since I do not receive this type of excellent service from my other dealership for my Porsche (name withheld).

My assigned advisor was not in on Saturday morning. Ron took over my appointment for a scheduled A1 maintenance. I had him taking a second look on another warning message and he informed me later that it would take longer to have a complete diagnostic. The wire harness was out of stock and he arranged a loaner car for me. He kept me informed during the whole process. Thank you.

We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!
This is a fancy dealership being a Mercedes-Benz. However, their communication is really missed up. A car showed as available on their website. So, I inquired about it. Then, they called me again and said it was sold. A few days later they called me and said: guess what, we got a very similar car if I'm still interested. I go to the dealership and it is the EXACT SAME car. I meet a very nice salesman who helps me with a test drive. The next day, I get the customary followup call from the salesman. Later, the "internet sales" contact me if I had an questions and I asked about the best price for the car; and they said: "which car?". Hello!!! It is the car you are contacting me about! Their "internet sales" department needs to work on their communication. It is pretty missed up. Don't even bother with their internet sales. The on-ground salesmen are great.
I had a great experience here at Mercedes of Pleasanton the person I dealt there was Kris he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to you I didn't feel pushed at all I haven't bought a car yet but I will be returning there
My review rating is based on the final outcome of the buying process. I can provide all the details about the process but that would not be relevant to most buyers here. The bottom line is that there were some issues with the car like the leaking front tire & some detailing issues. This should not have happened to a CPO but after a few phone calls to the sales manager and speaking to the GM of the branch, all those issues were fixed. They even helped with additional stuff like nav updates and engine software fix which is not part of the CPO process.
Overall, we are very happy with our car and quite impressed with the post-sale experience at this dealership.
Kris was a professional throughout my entire time there. Very helpful. Not pushy at all. Gave very sound advice.
