I've had the van for two months now and am quite satisfied. Decent handling,Comfortable , quiet ( in passenger model) and over 28 mpg on country highways.
Only complaint is the self parking option( Parktronic) is flaky. Only woks about half the time-really not worth the big bucks for that option.
The assistant customer service manager name Cesar Leon was extremely rude and dismissive. He literally told me “I don’t have to explain myself to you.”
How is that service? He said he couldn’t take care of me because he had to leave and he was dismissive. Strangely enough he was still sitting at his desk on his phone 45 minutes later.
And I would never expect this type of treatment at a luxury dealership like Mercedes-Benz. I would never come back to this location again and an experience like this would make me hesitant to stay with Mercedes for my next car
The customer care manager, Oliver, what’s professional and truly made time to listen to my complaints. And unfortunately, it was a little too late as my day was already ruined with the rude attitude of Cesar Leon .
Van That Handles Like A Car

I love it. We needed a second vehicle that would accommodate us and our pets in case of an emergency evacuation and the Metris with room for 5 passengers (can come with an extra row of seats to accommodate 7) and space for four dog crates in the back is a perfect match for our needs. Handles like a well designed car rather than a van. It's quiet and has separate rear air conditioning, which is great for the dogs.
Your Sales Associate Dan was the best, patient, and worked with me on getting the Vehicle I wanted. It was hard to depart from my trade in, It most definitely had a huge sentimental value on it and I am sure it will give someone the same benefit it did for me on getting my career and life going. But again I am pleased to move up in Vehicle, I work hard to be where I am in life now.
Getting back to the Service received I give it all 100% A+.... Thank you for all you did Dan.
When I had the car in for an oil change I was advised there was a recall on the cruise control. I took it in for service. As promised it was a quick repair. I was out the door in under two hours which included tire rotation and alignment as well as the recall work.
Excellent experience, prompt service. I made an appointment, was taken in. Showed to waiting area. There was TV, wifi, computers and refreshments readily available. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. The wait time was not excessive and I got to go through the showroom and look at some of the newer models
I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Lincoln or even a pre owned vehicle. The sales team is above board, the dealership is beautiful and clean and the people are very friendly. The service department is top notch and the service is done right the first time! I highly recommend this dealership, Doral Lincoln.
Came in to replace battery and service rep or supervisor, (not really sure), was very quick and courteous. I was out with only 15 minutes or so. I love how you don???t need to make any appointments for any service.
