Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Because of the drive, we got in a little late but Evan, Kurt & Anita stayed to help us get everything taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Evan was a pleasure to deal with. Very unstressful and no pressure purchase. Salesman, Michael P., was great to work with. He brought car to me for test drive. Did most communication through text. Dealership hit the mark on the experience. Even though I bought a trade-in, I still got the great Mercedes customer experience. Took less than 15 minutes to sign and close the deal. I took the day off work and got to enjoy the rest of my day.
On 2011 my wife and I visit Feldmann import to look at pre owned BMW, long story short we not really happy with the treatment from the business manager, so we left the dealership. And yesterday 7 years later we give Feldmann Import another try.... And WOW ... what a change Esther Odland and Haley Amundson they are AMAZING. Esther so patient and answer all the question we have. And the one thing that blew my mind is .... they stay 2 hours passes the dealership business hours so we can drive our new Mercedes home that night. Again Thank you and hopefully Feldmann Import always treat every customer with the same respect.

I have purchased 5 vehicle's here over the past 15 years. My first vehicle was a suburban, I took it in for a paint job and 6 weeks later they called me and said was stolen. They had no sympathy for me at all, said was my problem and that I need to call the police and my insurance company. 3 years ago I traded my 2011 Tahoe in for a Silverado before my first oil change I had to add a quart of oil. I complained about the tapping noise and the loss of oil to the service manager and she said according to GM it's normal for a GM vehicle to use a quart of oil every 3 to 5000 miles. I've been touch if your vehicle needs oil it is leaking or burning it. So needless to say I wish I had my old Tahoe back, no problems at all. You think they would try and take care of a long term repetitive customer and give them a deal. Looks like I'll be driving a Ford or Dodge next year.
My overall experience was a good one. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Most of my buying experience was done online, which I love! Denni and the rest of the team waited around for me to show up (I had to drive over 2 hours after I got off work) to see the vehicle, test drive it, and work through the rest of the buying processes. Quick and painless!
Went to test drive an E350. Was greeted by salesperson shortly after walking in to the showroom and instead of immediately trying to "sell" me something, asked which model I was interested in and then asked me if I'd ever driven one. I replied I hadn't so instead of launching into a sales pitch, he offered me a test drive so I could be sure I even liked the car before we started talking about buying or leasing and pricing. Was very impressed with how I was treated and how easy it was to shop at Silver Star!
