I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! I just wanted to test drive a Metris. I have visited this dealership previously to have my wife's SLK serviced. I had been working around the house stopped by in casual clothes, jeans and boots. It was suggested that another dealer, perhaps Novi could better serve me. I was treated as if I were a pauper wasting the salesman's time. I did in fact visit a different dealer and purchased a new Suburban. I never test drove the Metris and now will never need to.
Just purchased my first Mercedes-Benz from Shannon Thompson. So happy to have her as my sales woman! After she showed me around the dealership and met some of the department heads; I felt like family. Heck, I even met the owner! 5 Stars for MB of Bloomfield!
The customer service was excellent. I came in for a car wash wish was completed with a good shine. I have taken my car to regular car washes and my car did not end up with a luxury shine like I received at Mercedes Benz.
I have been to this dealership two times to look at cars because I am a very picky person, no I have not made a decision yet but if I do choose Mercedes I would definitely buy one from here, my salesman name was Aaron, he is such a sweet and genuine down to earth person, he took his time to answer any questions that I may have had, never once did he make me feel that he wasn't genuine and I critique people all the time when it comes to customer service because I feel that great or bad customer service goes a long way, he is definitely a great asset to Mercedes Benz of Bloomfield AND the funny part about it is that a lot of people told me not go to this dealership because their salesmen was snobbish and rude and that is SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH, I'm glad I went to find out for myself! Would I recommend this dealership to others there should be a spot for ABSOLUTELY because ABSOLUTELY, yes I will!

I am most grateful to the entire team at Prime Morrtz but a spacial thanks to Michael Gadoua for a smooth process throughout the entire deal from start to finish. As most people , buying a car out of state and online is risky. But over at Prime Mortorz, they make you feel confident you are making the right choice. They are externally knowledgeable about their inventory, I was overwhelm with joy when i first my vehicle i selected , everything looked exactly what was described on the vehicle. I found a 2016 F-150 at this dealership here on cars.com for an incredible deal! Called them up and talked with Omar. Guy was super nice and was very upfront with the trucks history and was very impressionable. If I am ever in need of another car I’m definitely going back!

I met my Sales Expert, Aaron Thomas, at the Dealership 6 months prior to my purchase. He was very informative and took time to understand what I wanted. He was not pushy and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. When I was ready, I reconnected with him and purchased my dream car, an XTS. In a couple of years I will be ready to upgrade and I will be returning to Prestige. I first came to Prestige to have my Enclave serviced. I am also very happy with my service experience and will continue to use Prestige to service my Enclave. I am actually getting new tires for that vehicle now.
