Exceptional assistance in my purchase from out-of-state

I would never have considered purchasing a car from out-of-state and on-line but when I found that the make, model and year that I had been searching for over a period of weeks (with very low mileage) was available at Park Place Motorcars, and I found that a local dealer could not transfer it to my locality here in Tennessee, I phoned Park Place and spoke with David Ward. He carefully explained to me the steps in the process for purchasing (including financing and transport to my home), and, after I decided to go forward with the process, he provided me with documentation (including a Carfax report and the dealer's reconditioning documentation) that substantiated the dealer's representations concerning the history and condition of the car. At every step in the process, Mr. Ward, and representatives in the dealership finance office, promptly and patiently fielded my questions, and in a way that demonstrated a commitment to integrity in the sales process. After finalizing the purchase of my 2016 sedan, my husband and I decided to fly to Dallas and pick the car up ourselves, and Mr. Ward continued to favorably impress us with his forthright and very personable manner. I am confident that he treated us just as he would a customer who lived in the Dallas area (instead of more than 700 miles away), as though he expected to see us back in the near future. This was also the first time that I have purchased a pre-owned car in almost 40 years, and I count myself very, very fortunate to have had the opportunity to deal with David Ward at Park Motorcars Mercedes-Benz Dallas in this transaction. My husband and I are very happy with the car. So glad I looked on-line and didn't settle for a 2016 sedan from a local dealer that was not exactly what I wanted!
