having been fortunate enough to get a 2012 S class new, and again a 2016 S550, i can say the W222 does not disappoint in any fashion. the interior updates are very nice and functional, the exterior looks also a good improvement. The 2016 S has the optional Magic Body control option and the Burmester 3d radio, of which i found the Magic Body control to be the secret in the ride of the S600 series. neither option will not be missed in a future car for me.

My second S550

I LOVE this car. I had a 2013 which was an excellent car. In fact there were a few things that I actually preferred on the 2013, but this car is beautiful. The design of both the exterior and interior make it seem larger than my 2013, although the overall dimension are basically the same. The one thing that really disappoints me, is that you would think a $114,000 car would have 12v access points for cell phone chargers, etc. There is one, the cigarette lighter one, which isn't accessible without opening the ashtray and then it hangs over where the cupholders are. There is a 115v outlet in the rear that you can use a home charger in but no 12v points in the back at all. The reason only gave it 3 stars for value for the money is that there is steep depreciation on these cars, and there is limited demand for used ones once they are out of warranty, because repairs are ridiculously expensive. That being said, I'm still glad I bought the car and it certainly is a head turner. Mine is black with black interior and it is gorgeous. The 2013 I had had the sport package and still had chrome down the side. The 2016 with the sport package doesn't have any side chrome, so I opted to go without the sport package this time just because I think the chrome makes the car look classier. I'm looking forward to lots of very comfortable miles in this car.

Every experience at FJMBO has been phenomenal. I leased my first car (C250) from them in 2013 and just last week I leased my second vehicle (C300). Hello, my name is Craig N. from Riverside, Ca. Over the years, I have bought many cars, and trucks from various dealerships only to dread having to use/rely on their service departments. The reasons are many: poor customer service, incompetent and rude service members, always feeling rushed through the process, having only some of what I mentioned being addressed, being over charged for the repairs, being charged for unneeded repairs...etc...etc. Well, I have some good news- I finally discovered a dealership service department that is both fair and reliable, and doesn't practice such poor business tactics. I bought a used 2013 Smart Car for my son about one year ago. The car began to have problems shifting so I gave, "Walter's Automotive Group" of Riverside a call. From the get go, my call was promptly and professionally handled. I was put into contact with a service advisor named JR. Rodriguez. JR. was extremely polite (and most important-Patient). I told JR. this was my son's first car and that he was a college student with a very limited budget. JR. listened and understood the situation and felt the car simply needed a software update of $155.00. The car was ready the same day and the repair cost was exactly what was quoted. After driving the car for a while, it turned out the problem reoccurred, and the vehicle was brought back to the dealership. Upon inspection, the mechanics at Walters discovered it was a much more serious/costly problem than just the needed software update. JR. explained to me what was needed to repair the car, the cost, and the time needed to fix it. Feeling bad the initial software update didn't resolve the issue, JR. arranged to have the $155.00 along with an additional 10% be removed from the repair amount. JR also arranged for my son to have a 2016 Smart Car loaned out to him, at no additional cost, until all necessary repairs were completed. This is the kicker- when JR. called me about my son's car being ready for pick up, he also told me the repair bill would be nearly $100.00 less because their mechanic was able to do the repair sooner than previously thought! This was something I had never experienced before. When I first realized I was going to have my son's car fixed at a Mercedes dealership, I expected the worse. I was convinced the repairs were going to be expensive and that it would be a long time before the car would be repaired. Was I ever wrong! Not only were we treated as though we just bought the most expensive car in the place- JR. communicated with us throughout the entire repair process with all charges reflecting to the penny what JR. had originally quoted at the start. All-In-all, we saved over $300.00 on the repair, and we were never inconvenienced. For anyone interested in buying a Mercedes or Porsche, or even a Smart Car, I can't imagine a better place to go than Walter's. And for anyone wanting to have their vehicle repaired elsewhere after reading this, or not checking for themselves just how awesome this place is, is making a mistake. I HIGHLY recommend Walters Automotive Group, and even more so- JR Rodriguez as your go-to service adviser!!! Most Sincerely, Craig N. of Riverside Ca.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

If you are looking for smooth and quiet, this is not your car. It is fast and handles well and is incredibly posh inside, but the engine, transmission, and road noise are quite obtrusive, and the ride can be quite jarring in certain common circumstances. My previous BMW 760, while not ghostly silent had a much quieter cabin: far less road noise and somewhat less engine noise and vibration. And unless the light is just right for the camera, the magic body control is completely blind to speed bumps. Not only was my BMW less troubled by them, so is my forty eight year old Ford station wagon. This has been a very expensive disappointment.

Let me start off by saying that I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle from RPM due to paperwork issues that were out of RPM control and mine. To be perfectly honest with you I was scared to death that they were going to rob me blind because we're in different states and I wasn't able to view the vehicle in person. I was going to buy the vehicle sight unseen. I prayed on it and put my faith in GOD and let me say that "Junior and Marcus" were not only HONEST, TRUST WORTHY and FAIR they were HASSLE FREE and the BEST car salesman I've ever dealt with. Went in with a short notice appointment to ask a few questions regarding trading in my 2015 C300 lease before it was over and I leave with the car I've been drooling over for the past year, a 2017 GLE COUPE AMG. Absolutely LOVE my new whip. Yeah it was a little bit of a bump in payment 😂😂😂 but in the end, you get what you pay for. The terms "luxurious" and "quality" is an understatement and does not do this SUV justice. Very sporty and sleek body type. Just simply an amazing driving experience. This dealership does everything right. And Willie is a great sales person. U know you're great at what you do when at no point during the entire experience you feel like he's selling something to you. Just super cool, laid back, no nonsense meeting. I purchased this car four months ago and everyday I look at it with pride. I’ve had a Lexus, MB E class, and a Range Rover, and they all pale in comparison. The features are phenomenal, performance is magnificent, and comfort is exceptional.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Fabulous ride, extremely comfortable and top safety features. I bought this for my wife and she loves it. Only drawback is that you hate to park it!
