Mercedes of Scottsdale came as a referral from a friend. Sales person, Bojan Savic was recommended and I really hoped that car buying can be at least "not mind damaging" as it was in the past. In short; test drive, choice of the car, negotiations were easy as a breeze.
I still can't believe can it really be this easy, or I just had bad experiences in the past.
Bojan and entire staff at Mercedes of Scottsdale is highly recommended. I would even recommend buying a Mercedes Benz just for this reason.
Working with Jonathan Musil at MB of Scottsdale has been a great experience. I never purchased a vehicle out of state sight unseen, specifically a used/certified vehicle and Jonathan went above and beyond to assure me of the condition of the car, the entire purchase process, and the delivery process. Even after I received the car and voiced a few concerns, not once did I get push back. Only amazing customer service to ensure my purchase was 100% perfect. I thank Jonathan and his team for the awesome experience and of course the awesome car! I will be returning for business in the future. =)
Scheduled service based on mileage and time. Given an appointment when requested, no wait to be processed into shop, completed service within the timeframe committed and provided a printout of service and inspection. Answered all my questions and sent me on my way, a satisfied customer.
Super to deal with! I shopped for a car for my sister. I've never personally dealt with a car salesman before, and I was wary of being taken advantage of, and thought it would be difficult to get a good deal. Nothing could be further from the truth! Not only was I treated more than fairly and respectfully, I absolutely know we got a great deal! I will certainly think of them first for my next purchase, even though we live hours away. I have seen and been closely connected to others who were taken advantage of at other dealerships, and boy, a dealership I can trust is more than worth the trip!
I just purchased a gently used Volvo XC70 from their dealership and the entire process was so easy. The staff at Smith Imports are friendly, honest, professional and very accommodating. I initially met with Paula Keltner for the test drive. She arranged for delivery of the vehicle to a mechanic of my choice for a Pre-Purchase inspection, which received a glowing report. John Adams worked up the necessary paperwork the next day and offered to purchase my existing car and further reduce the cost of the Volvo. I wasn't expecting the trade, and received what I believe was a good offer. I even had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Andy Smith, who was very friendly and concerned about my buying experience. I also want to thank Micah Harris, who was kind enough to go over all the features in the Volvo before I drove off. Smith Imports offers top quality vehicles, in excellent condition and reasonably priced. I left there confident with my purchase and knowledge that this was the best place to buy a car.
I bought a used vehicle there this summer. It was a 2014 C300, my first purchase with Mercedes-Benz. I had a few issues within the first few months. I had to take my vehicle into service on a few occasions. Each time I worked with Dennis Bowling, the service advisor. I have to give Dennis credit because I am not the easiest person to get along with, especially when I have to bring my car back to service for the same continuing problem. Each time Dennis was very courteous and professional,and gave me a loaner vehicle so that I wasn't sitting around the waiting area. The problems were eventually resolved, and in the end, that's all that matters. Dennis is a good guy. Definitely recommend him if you need something fixed. Great dealership. I will buy another vehicle from there in the near future.
I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.
Barry was patient, persistent and excellent in explaining the features of the car as well as answer the queries regarding payment. He was flexible in working through the financial details and provide a good pricing for the car
Christopher Bartolini was aggressively knowledgeable in his craft, patient, kind and made me feel comfortable in making my choice. He did what it took to get me in the vehicle I wanted using the budget I gave. He made the deal happen to both our satisfaction.
First rate experience throughout. The CPO vehicle was in very good shape with low miles and Nicole Stem , the sales person was first rate???well informed, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, as was her manager involved in my transaction.
Absolute excellent service and attention from both Michael and Shawn could not ask for more professional service all questions were answered all issue taken care of this is 2nd auto I lease from this dealership and would highly recommend to anyone to deal with both Michael and Shawn

When I got tired of the antics of the DC Metro area dealers, I decided to check out of area dealerships. In researching, I came across Helms Brothers in Bayside, New York. Through a referral, I reached out to an outstanding salesperson, Manny Rodriguez. He knows about every vehicle he sells, very professional, attentive and leaves no questions unanswered. It was a pleasure to have worked with Manny in regards to my GLA 250 lease. He is a valuable asset to Helms Brothers. He went way above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle on my timeline and price range. Hard to believe that a dealer has awesome deals in NYC, but it's true and worth every mile to drive a little to save a lot!!! I will definitely consider Helms Brothers for future automotive needs.
