AutoNation proves that it really cares about the customer. From the moment we began researching a car to the final signing of our purchase, our experience was wonderful. AutoNation promises to give a good discount on the a cars, and indeed they do. As indicated above, everything about the process has been most enjoyable. We purchased at Mercedes in Delray.Would recommend them immediately to anyone.
service rep was extremely efficient and constantly kept me in the loop time wise as well as special data as I waited for my car. the entire staff was friendly and very knowledgeable whenever I asked a question. I would happily drive this distance just to have my car serviced at this location.
I had a great experience in MB FLL. The salesman, Jose Talma, was great. he explained every step in the process and gave me what i think is a great deal. He was polite, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. not the usual aggressive salesman you see in this type of business. he deserves a promotion. the dealership had plenty of nice cars in stock, and even got one for me from a different place in just a few minutes, while i waited in the coffee area. i'm definitely coming back in 3 yrs.
My experience was excellent. Ray Ragnacci was incredibly knowledgeable about every car and I could tell he was the right person to help me! He knew stats on every car and was great to deal with from start to finish. I would recommend Ray R. to anyone interested in purchasing a car!
The assistant customer service manager name Cesar Leon was extremely rude and dismissive. He literally told me “I don’t have to explain myself to you.”
How is that service? He said he couldn’t take care of me because he had to leave and he was dismissive. Strangely enough he was still sitting at his desk on his phone 45 minutes later.
And I would never expect this type of treatment at a luxury dealership like Mercedes-Benz. I would never come back to this location again and an experience like this would make me hesitant to stay with Mercedes for my next car
The customer care manager, Oliver, what’s professional and truly made time to listen to my complaints. And unfortunately, it was a little too late as my day was already ruined with the rude attitude of Cesar Leon .
I had the pleasure of dealing with Luis Lopez in Service. He really made my day! Great guy and excellent service. Everything went smoothly, they offered me a loner car for the day and took great care of my vehicle.
