My warning came on and I called the service department questions ning the meaning and need for repair. I was able to bring my car in then and waited about 45 mins while the battery was changed. The coffee in the waiting room was delicious! Of course the repair was done efficiently and properly.
There are 2 parts to my review ... first the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process. They missed quite a few things that I think should have been caught so I was disappointed with the preparation of the car. I paid extra to get the CPO accreditation as compared to buying it from a wholesaler or an individual. But I expected better than what I got.
That said, the Customer Service was OUTSTANDING. From salesman (Ali) to Finance Person (Sarina) to Trainer (Skylar), I couldn't have asked for better, more involved and caring people. Especially Skylar who has actually followed up with me by email to make sure I am comfortable with the technology in this car. She is a real gem.
My new rep, Ali, has been most helpful in my ongoing purchase of a 2019 Mercedes S 63 AMG Coupe. Although they did not have one to take a test drive, he kindly found one at another dealership. I hope to make my purchase with him and the Bedford Mercedes Dealership once the pricelist for 2019 becomes available.
Buying a used vehicle is not easy. Brian Rapoport made it easy. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Everyone was very respectful and nice. Bought a car on Saturday and it was detailed and ready for pick up on Monday.
Last month I was considering purchasing a new car. I noticed a low mileage 2016 Mercedes C300 at Leikin Motors and decided to take a quick look. I had no real intention of making a purchase that Saturday but after the test drive it was hard not to consider Mercedes. The cars smooth drive and power was impressive. The interior is well laid out with intuitive electronics and the navigation screen is much better than the one I had in my 328 xi. What eventually sealed the deal for me was the no pressure sales experience from the staff at Leiken. Ahmad Krayem the sales Associate was well informed and ensured that my expectations were met with my trade in and the price of the Mercedes C300. He also took additional time to walk through the layout of the car and go over the other services available through Mercedes. Great experience and a great car

Our salesman, Dave P., made the whole process easy. He delivered our new car to our home, picked up trade-in car, brought loaner car to our home to have new key paired with new car. Then picked up loaner. I’ve never had such great service. I highly recommend this dealership. I highly recommend Dave!
Car buying experience has about 2% to do with actually buying the car and 98% with the service after the sale.
In less than 4000 characters I need to describe the experience of dealing with this dealer... I've been dealing with Leikin for more than a decade and every experience has been better than the previous one. It's so rare to find an honest dealership anymore that when you do hang on to that relationship. I no longer drive a Mercedes, in 2012 I bought a Bentley Continental Flying Spur and continue to use the detailing service of this dealership which is nothing short of magic. I'm a big believer in preventative maintenance and so I frequently get my rims touched up and re-sprayed with clearcoat, for that service I still use the body shop at Leikin. Don Webb is the manager of their body shop and is the best in the business, I have filed an insurance claim or two in my day and I found that the insurance adjusters don't question his judgment after 30 years, they just pay the claim. This is not case at most other dealers, often the adjuster has to go out and inspect the vehicle themselves and will usually argue about using aftermarket versus OEM parts.
If I ever decide to purchase another Mercedes it will absolutely be from this dealership, whether it's the annual detail or unfortunate scrape or dent… I implicitly trust this dealership and its management. You will be very pleased doing business with this Leikin.
We lucked out and got a salesman named Dave P. from all the vehicles that we have purchased through the internet, this by far was the smoothest transition we had ever experienced . We had constant communication through text or by phone, never in the dark about anything. Even when we negotiated on price this was very reasonable and fair. Without a doubt I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they are first class when dealing with customers. Thanks once again!
