I am well pleased with the dealership, the customer service is amazing. I have owned several mercedes and each of my service advisors have been excellent. Jordan is amazing we have the most wonderful working relationship. I want to also give a shout out to the loaner department for the excellent service they provided during the repairing of my car.
I came in for service, and I appreciate that there are loaner cars available and that the service department utilizes technology such as text to communicate with customers. I don't live close to the dealership, so I'm usually dropping off or picking up around work hours. It's great that I can sign documents online so I can get in and out quickly. Brian has been great - he's been my service advisor a couple of times and knows my car and its service history, which makes me feel comfortable with his advice.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.
I live in houston and I went home for the holidays to visit, decided to go car shopping and this was my last stop after going to 4 dealerships, I knew what I wanted and Robert was my salesman! I have never been so pleased in my life, no hassle, great communication and fast process! Robert was a God send because by the 4th dealership I was done. There are not enough words to explain the whole situation but if you're looking for a salesman with a beautiful spirit then Robert is your man and a MAN of his word! I needed something better to drive. I heard of this place, I gave them a try. Sure thing as soon as I walked in there, I was approach by two young men who were very polite. I told them I was there to make some business with them. I told them my price range and what type of car I was looking for. It only took me about 30 minutes to decide what I wanted. As well the manager and owner Matt was very professional. I highly recommend this place and I hope that in the future I can be back for one more car.
Very happy with the whole process of buying a car from Luxury Autoworks! Perfect level of communication--attentive but not intrusive. They are totally customer-oriented and we didn't get lost like at a large dealership. The process was very smooth, the car was priced well, we were really happy with the trade-in offer, and we love our new car. Highly recommended.
Fast and friendly people. However, they overlooked the car getting inspected, even after we paid for it in our process. They also overlooked the headrests and haven’t contacted us about replacing them yet.
The team at Apple Commercial Leasing helped get us 3 trucks for our company. They were able to get us a better deal than we can find anywhere. they worked with our budget and helped us set up business TRAC leases on the cars. This will help our company grow and scale when we need more cars and save money! We spoke with them on the phone, emailed in out application and the next day we were picking up our cars! total of 30 minutes! wow! When was the last time you bought a vehicle and spent only 30 minutes? They also did a vehicle for my friend who only needed one car. She still got the professional treatment and the savings! This is the only way we will get cars from now on!!!!!!!!
Entire service department staff is always very helpful, friendly and expeditious. Staff works well together in assisting customer to correct service employee. Brian was professional and courteous as always.
I have had a few issues with my car. I will most likely never purchase another Buick but the service team is great! My advisor goes above and beyond to assist in getting my car repaired. Thank you Mark for your customer service.
