We own a Caddy and a Lexus but this SL400 Mercedes is by far the nicest vehicle we have ever owned. The options and technology is 1st class and the car looks fantastic. Its a $92K car so it should, right?
Not Only was Harald knowledgeable which is key when it???s your first time leasing. But he makes sure the does right by you and doesn???t lead you on. His team including Patrick, and their direct supervisor Scott are good guys. Expect nothing but exceptional service when dealing with them. Will definitely be coming back.

having been fortunate enough to get a 2012 S class new, and again a 2016 S550, i can say the W222 does not disappoint in any fashion.
the interior updates are very nice and functional, the exterior looks also a good improvement.
The 2016 S has the optional Magic Body control option and the Burmester 3d radio, of which i found the Magic Body control to be the secret in the ride of the S600 series.
neither option will not be missed in a future car for me.
I was searching for a Benz and a Johnson truly help me. He had so much patience and was professional. I would recommend him anytime. I love my car and So happy

I have quite a few Mercedes Benzes but this is my 1st S class, and there is a reason why this is the flagship and top of the line. The comfort and stability make you feel very safe. I really have fun driving this car and it really commands the respect from the motorist on the road. I regret having to wait 3 years to buy one, but now that I have it I will try to keep this one forever! Excellent work Mercedes Benz Engineers, and more power to all of you.
John Niejadlik, my Service Advisor, was very professional. He perused my vehicle's maintenance record and discussed the service required at the time. My vehicle was ready in the time he specified which I appreciated.

purchased a new 2015 s550 Sport with a lot of options and under 18 miles. I'm a big guy, 6.1 and big-boned, with two younger children . There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch. I am used to a V-6 ml 350 vehicle, so it has taken some time getting pumup speed time this one exlent feel like 747 run runway wow
The service was great. The MB Representative was good and curteous. Time of wait was minimal.

This car has everything I need and more. The ride is very smooth and the Nappa leather seats are the best. Everything you need is at your fingertips. I wish the gas mileage was better. You can’t go wrong with this car.

Excellent car if one can afford it got this 2016 as a CPO under warranty for 53 months unlimited mileage. Odd color combo black exterior black carpet, tan seats. One of the best looking ones I saw. My recommendation if at all possible buy one as a CPO, repair bills on these cars are expensive.

Excellent automobile as stated about and bes of all my spouse loves it, is also the reason that i purchased the car after the lease expired.

If you are looking for smooth and quiet, this is not your car. It is fast and handles well and is incredibly posh inside, but the engine, transmission, and road noise are quite obtrusive, and the ride can be quite jarring in certain common circumstances. My previous BMW 760, while not ghostly silent had a much quieter cabin: far less road noise and somewhat less engine noise and vibration. And unless the light is just right for the camera, the magic body control is completely blind to speed bumps. Not only was my BMW less troubled by them, so is my forty eight year old Ford station wagon. This has been a very expensive disappointment.

Anthony Mastroianna was the sales associate that assisted me from start to finish. His approach was warm and welcoming and at no time during the process did I feel pressured.

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm there too often. My 350E gets a flat or blowout frequently - a pot hole or change in weather can trigger. On Thanksgiving Day we got TWO flat tires at once, a trick to handle with only one spare. Tom Palermo handled our service needs quickly and efficiently and made it clear that I am not alone. As often as I get my flats, he assured me that other car owners get theirs far more frequently than me.

True luxury, classy, and sophisticated. I love this car! It is a little expensive to maintain, but worth it! I wanted a white one but my car had the perfect light gray interior. ?
My first purchase in 2012 was wonderful experience with Tim Welsh. As the years have gone by , I have also dealt with Ed and Griffin in Sprinter Sales, all of the sales personnel making car / van buying a very easy process. John and Michael in service have been keeping the " fleet " running perfectly, Finance department easy to deal with, and of course Richard who knows everything about the MB lineup and never far away to help navigate the MB command system.

I LOVE this car. I had a 2013 which was an excellent car. In fact there were a few things that I actually preferred on the 2013, but this car is beautiful. The design of both the exterior and interior make it seem larger than my 2013, although the overall dimension are basically the same. The one thing that really disappoints me, is that you would think a $114,000 car would have 12v access points for cell phone chargers, etc. There is one, the cigarette lighter one, which isn't accessible without opening the ashtray and then it hangs over where the cupholders are. There is a 115v outlet in the rear that you can use a home charger in but no 12v points in the back at all. The reason only gave it 3 stars for value for the money is that there is steep depreciation on these cars, and there is limited demand for used ones once they are out of warranty, because repairs are ridiculously expensive. That being said, I'm still glad I bought the car and it certainly is a head turner. Mine is black with black interior and it is gorgeous. The 2013 I had had the sport package and still had chrome down the side. The 2016 with the sport package doesn't have any side chrome, so I opted to go without the sport package this time just because I think the chrome makes the car look classier. I'm looking forward to lots of very comfortable miles in this car.
I???m 67 years old and can finally give an excellent rating to a car dealer. Joe Barile my salesman was exceptional And extremely patient. I left with a beautiful brand new Mercedes coupe at a great price. If you???re looking for a Mercedes this is the dealership to go to.

If you're looking for comfort, this is it! The adaptive cruise control and lane assistance is great for long drives. My only complaint is the price but I guess this is the price for great comfort and safety.
