I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

S450 is a great value. Plenty of power. Very comfortable. Quiet and smooth ride. Don't need the big engine. Would definitely buy again. Very dependable.

I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

This car is something I really love. It has so many built in features that are there to assist the driver and passengers, and provide comfort. It is also an impressively FAST car! I was out on an open highway years ago, and the more I stepped on the gas pedal, the faster the car "flew". It refused to level off at any maximum speed.

I saw this 2014 E550 online. I was in San Diego but the car was $2300 under Blue Book with only 56,000 miles on it. I sent an email and received a reply before the dealership even open from their Internet Sales Manager, Bao. He sent me photos and a FaceTime tour of the vehicle. He provided every detail and was honest about everything about this car. I scheduled a pickup appointment and bought a ticket to Oakland. Bao greeted me and showed me the car. It was exactly as described. We chatted together while awaiting the sales manager to complete the paperwork. He programmed my phone into the navigation system and I began the long drive to San Diego. He even called several hours later to ask how my travels were proceeding and again the next day to ensure I had arrived safely. I cannot recommend Bao more highly to potential buyers. He is worth the trip if you do not live in the area!

it is a beautiful gorgeous car inside & outside, Very nice interior, comfortable seats, great driving experience. very safe and classy. It is very expensive car to maintain and keep but you will enjoy the car to own and drive.

let’s just say that this car has so performance amg or not and the build quality is magnificent. the amg model (mine) has a alcantara headliner and just fits the car. as far as parts go.... this car is older. don’t expect it to last forever but if something happens GET GENUINE PARTS... will the be pricey yes... but it’ll last. also don’t get chinese parts for major things. there are SOME things you can use it on if it’s very simple but just do research. this car is the same pretty much as the next few years up to 2013 i think. the performances beats some of the sports cars to this date and it’s very comfortable... the technology for this age is amazing as well. MPG is not the best but still it’s a very fun luxury sports car

It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.

I brought my car into the dealer location around 10:20 AM and had the services of oil and filter changes with a check-up of other components. It was promised to have the car done in 3 hours which was a bit longer than usual. In the end, it finished around 12:45 PM. I wish it could be done quicker since I was waiting in the store.

Car is very reliable and have driven it on long trips. in the last few years mostly local driving. Its and expensive car and you really purchase It for its contort and safety. Service has been pretty good i have owned six Mercedes over the years

I have owned 6 S Class (SonderKlas) cars in my life and each and every single one has been problem free and a pure joy to own, drive, and admire. The 2021 S580 however.. Well this car is truly something special and not an incremental upgrade! This thing is crazy

I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.

I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. My new S-580 e has been nothing but spectacular in terms of its design, comfort and driving experience. It is probably the quietest car I have ever owned and there is no hesitation when accelerating from a stop or driving up a steep hill! Also, as a "e" model, it also operates in either full electric, hybrid or gas only modes, so the range is great!

Yes ok talk is cheap ...bla blah ...Mercedes is Awesome...but whomever buys this vehicle I suggest you put aside 5k for the 50k mile ...maintenance requirement ...the dealer will not tell you that ...

I got a 2019 model x from this dealership about a year ago. I’m extremely happy with my experience there and with the car. We went back and the owner helped us finance our leased Cadillac with our own credit union without charging us anything extra. Truly amazing people. Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

In trading in my 2019 s560e for the 2023 s580e. This is a unique vehicle and the use case for it is unusual - as the battery in the 2019 only had 19 miles of charge but, over the 3 years I had it averaged around 60 mpg. I didn't have any appreciable issues with it, but didn't drive it much - under 5000 miles a year, it was not my only vehicle and I work from home. The 2023 is far superior in interior comfort vs it's predecessor. I don't like the grill and lights as much, but the ride comfort power, and efficiency of the power plants are amazing. In my first 500 miles - averaging over 130mpg. The battery is 60 miles - give or take. Now, unless you have a charger at home, or home and work, that are free to use or truly inexpensive - this is where you can shellacked. Charging stations are a huge rip off -- they are so expensive - when you do the math, the same amount of fuel to get the same number of miles is equal to near $20 a gallon, if my math is correct - and it is. So, long distance in this car - isn't practical at all. It's for around town - small commute - less than 50 miles EACH way, again if you have charging at home and you have solar to produce your own electricity, or the cost is way higher than gas. This car is a very unique use case.... and if you aren't this use case - the car isn't practical. But, it sure does ride nice and the interior is off the hook, mine is fully loaded - and that says alot for an S class.

this has been and still is my dream car ( bought it in 2020) and i am going to keep this beauty forever, the night vision, all glass moon roof, massage seats, hot & cold, park assit, huge back seats, wood steering wheel, air rise or sport mode air bags, i have a hitch and used to pull 2 fast motorcycles like nothing, the power, i have drove it to Mexico about 20 times maybe more, Vegas, LA and never felt ANY kind of discomfort! i bet i can drive to NY and be way more comfy than an airplain! if you are thinking of getting this beautiful car DO NOT HESITATE! you wont want another.
