The product knowledge and courtesy of staff is similar to many dealerships. What sets them apart is the trust you immediately recognize as genuine and sincere. We were looking for more than just to purchase a new Mercedes. We were seeking to find a dealership that we could build a relationship built on trust. We were also trying to find a dealership where the staff and owner were committed to the long term and looking past the immediate sale. All of the staff we dealt with has been with the dealership 10 years or longer. If you are looking for a dealership you can build a relationship that will last and will probably have the same staff for your next purchase Mercedes-Benz Columbus is where we think you should start.

I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
We were very impressed with our sales person, who had great follow up and customer service. However since purchasing our vehicle, they have lost both of their certified AMG specialists and the service windows have over promised and under delivered. The service space is too small to accommodate the volume at this dealership. No car wash or vacuum service which means the car is not in the same shape as it was when you dropped it off.
Mercedes of Scottsdale came as a referral from a friend. Sales person, Bojan Savic was recommended and I really hoped that car buying can be at least "not mind damaging" as it was in the past. In short; test drive, choice of the car, negotiations were easy as a breeze.
I still can't believe can it really be this easy, or I just had bad experiences in the past.
Bojan and entire staff at Mercedes of Scottsdale is highly recommended. I would even recommend buying a Mercedes Benz just for this reason.
Having been a decades long customer and Mercedes owner, I am compelled to write my complimentary review for Jim Major; my service consultant. This is the first time I have done this and I feel it necessary that someone recognizes the value of this Service Advisor. He is a refreshing change for the better at the Atlanta Classic Boggs road location. Previously I had experience mixed results from service advisors and Jim has put that all to rest. Outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and excellent communication skills. He recognizes potential problems and resolves them quickly and efficiently. A breath of fresh air at the service department.....................

I have been impressed by everyone at the dealership in the six or so recent visits I've had. Robert Borden is the best service manager I have ever met. He and Ziggy the mechanic guided through and explained difficult problems and damage on my vehicle. Robert recently texted me after hours saving me $400 on the tire that was under warranty. All the service people, mechanics, concierges, salesman, cashiers are all always extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is spotless. Without even blinking two personnel signed my will which was left in the glove compartment of my SL 550 just before I left the country for two weeks. I would not have enjoyed my vacation if my will were unsigned.
I recently purchased a 2019 GLC 300. Malcolm helped me get a car built with every option I wanted. He was not pushy and provided details on all of the options I considered. David was quite knowledgeable about all of Mercedes Benz???s additional offerings, such as an extended warranty and maintenance package, and graciously provided an explanation of each and documentation, as requested. Kode expertly trained me on my car???s features and has offered additional training, which I will schedule. My overall experience in purchasing the car was positive. Plus, I???m pleased I purchased the maintenance package, which includes car washes I???ve already started using.
