I was contacted by their internet specialist who made my selection a breeze! I emailed her my preference and price range and she found the car that fits all category. Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. I came out of there with the car I wanted, with the payment terms (including extended warranties, etc) within my budget and the car was impecable! You cant beat MB quality of product and service. I bought a 2013 535i from NorthState Auto and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. First of all, our sales rep, Milo greeted us and we explained the type of car we were looking for. Within minutes we were out for a test drive and we were having a lot of fun. After we came back we discussed semantics about financing. It was a very relaxed environment and we were able to talk about everything we need to. Once we got down to business, Tim from finance stepped in and helped us further. He helped us understand in detail and answered all the further questions we had. We never felt pressured or anything to make a purchase as the sales reps don't work on commission. I personally have never been in a dealership that has that sort of work environment but I do have to say that it was very pleasing to not have someone pressure me into making a purchase. All in all Milo, Tim and the owner of the dealership(sorry I forgot your name good sir) were outstanding with their customer support and the ability to answer all the questions we had. Thank you guys again for everything.
Had an appointment with v at 6pm but got there late she waited for me she had the car read up front went on quick test drive I was hesitant at the beginning since it was dark and I was buy a dark color car but after agreeing on the numbers I bought the car it’s been 3 months now I love my car and no surprises thank u V and thank u M sport motors definitely will be back for my next car

I came here looking to purchase a 2004 Mercedes Benz , but it appears they specialize in Porsche. In my humble opinion, that vehicle was way overpriced, (probably due to this low mileage and sentimental value) and they wouldn’t negotiate on price at all. It had very limited options as well. It made me think they’re not knowledgeable about MBZ price points. The car, still for sale at this time, is a real looker but not at their asking price. I ended up buying a newer vehicle loaded with options for less money.
Not a bad experience at all(Greg is very responsive and hard working). They just need a little more understanding of Mercedes.
I returned here recently in search of a car. Kevin communicated with me via email and we worked out numbers that way which was a dream come true. Instead of the pushy dealership tactics of normal he was very frank and accommodating in helping me reach a deal. We drove in at about 5pm of a Friday and drove out with a nicely polished and waxed car in one hour. The buying process was so quick and not aggressive since they don't push all those extras on to the buyer. Even my wife was shocked at how quick everything went. They even filled up the tank before we left which was an extra special touch we weren't expecting. Will definitely be back!
My review rating is based on the final outcome of the buying process. I can provide all the details about the process but that would not be relevant to most buyers here. The bottom line is that there were some issues with the car like the leaking front tire & some detailing issues. This should not have happened to a CPO but after a few phone calls to the sales manager and speaking to the GM of the branch, all those issues were fixed. They even helped with additional stuff like nav updates and engine software fix which is not part of the CPO process.
Overall, we are very happy with our car and quite impressed with the post-sale experience at this dealership.
