It was a good day to buy a car

I had a terrific experience at Mercedes of Manchester. I saw a vehicle on their website that I was interested in and filled out an online form to get some more info. They asked how I would prefer to be contacted and I chose email as I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy and didn't want to be pushed into a sale that I wasn't ready for. They were very respectful and I had several pleasant back and fourth emails with Renee Vargas and ended up setting up an appointment to test the vehicle.
When I arrived I was a little nervous as this was the first time I would be buying a Mercedes. Kara ended up greeting me and gave me a ton of information on the vehicle that I had inquired about online. She was extremely relaxed and not pushy at all. Not what I expected from a car sales person. She guided my husband and I through a test drive. (and let him test the vehicle as well.) She answered our questions and had casual conversation. It was a very relaxed ride.
After the test drive there was no push to buy, she was genuinely more curious to know what I thought of the vehicle and if I had any more questions. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and Kara and her team worked hard to make this happen. Kara was very responsive whenever I had a question, and was accessible by text message or via phone. This was the best car buying experience I have had to date.
