Very unstressful and no pressure purchase. Salesman, Michael P., was great to work with. He brought car to me for test drive. Did most communication through text. Dealership hit the mark on the experience. Even though I bought a trade-in, I still got the great Mercedes customer experience. Took less than 15 minutes to sign and close the deal. I took the day off work and got to enjoy the rest of my day.
We have bought three cars from RBM, all from Eric Konigsberg, who has gone above and beyond what we have experienced at any other car dealer over the years. We'll buy our next one from him as well. Service had also been excellent. In over 20 years we have had only two service reps. Dennis Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
The sales associate, Benjamin, was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable about the cars, the finance manager, Eugene, was awesome, friendly, professional and had a lot of helpful hints to make the financing process seamless. Elijah, introduced us to the new car and has so much and admirable knowledge about all the impressive gadgets in the Mercedes Benz E300. Having been a decades long customer and Mercedes owner, I am compelled to write my complimentary review for Jim Major; my service consultant. This is the first time I have done this and I feel it necessary that someone recognizes the value of this Service Advisor. He is a refreshing change for the better at the Atlanta Classic Boggs road location. Previously I had experience mixed results from service advisors and Jim has put that all to rest. Outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and excellent communication skills. He recognizes potential problems and resolves them quickly and efficiently. A breath of fresh air at the service department.....................

I recently purchased a 2019 GLC 300. Malcolm helped me get a car built with every option I wanted. He was not pushy and provided details on all of the options I considered. David was quite knowledgeable about all of Mercedes Benz???s additional offerings, such as an extended warranty and maintenance package, and graciously provided an explanation of each and documentation, as requested. Kode expertly trained me on my car???s features and has offered additional training, which I will schedule. My overall experience in purchasing the car was positive. Plus, I???m pleased I purchased the maintenance package, which includes car washes I???ve already started using.

Visited this dealership many times for service and for sales assistance. Not once was I greeted with any snoot or pomp as have with the RBM Alpharetta dealer during my car search. Service team is helpful and kind and will go out of their way to help. As for the sales folks, ask for Paul Marzullo as he is the end all be all Mercedes expert and personal brand enthusiast which makes for a stellar sales consultant to work with at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. All my friends/family/co-workers looking for a Benz in the future will be sent to him. Paul is an honest MB ambassador who will go beyond what's needed and will pleasantly surprise you leveraging his experience and creativity to get a deal done whether they have the car or not without playing any games like the other dealers do.
About 7 years ago I had purchased an E class from another dealership. I brought the car to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead for some service and I met Carol while waiting. She showed me a similar E class and made me a deal I could not refuse. Luckily I was able to return the E I got from another place. After meeting Carol and working with Mercedes Benz of Buckhead my husband and I have purchased and/or leased another 3 cars and we are planning on leasing and purchasing another 2 cars. I have no reason to look anywhere else. I love working with Carol. I can call her anytime and ask her whats new in stock and I feel confident that she is giving me the best deals. Carol is a true asset to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead.
