I bought a promaster 3 years ago and was really going back and forth on deciding. I only wish I would have test drove a sprinter I would never had bought the promaster. The strength and sturdiness of the sprinter blows away the promaster which is junk in comparison. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Test drive the sprinter!! You won’t be sorry!
Terri Watson was our sales person and she did an excellent job. She made what could have been a difficult experience very pleasant. In fact, the entire staff at Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville went out of their way to ensure that we had a positive buying experience.

The Sprinter van is a great vehicle by itself. But I had the 4x4 and it was a spectacular vehicle and handle very well offroad. It had great mpgs considering how large it was as well.
I was looking for a specific Mercedes and found it at this dealership. The salesman was Jim Ritter and let me say he was really great to deal with. I met him to pick up the car half way between Dayton Ohio and Knoxville. He had the car set up just perfectly and spent quality time with me on the features and how to use the technology. I have been buying cars for over 45 years and my experience with Jim and the dealership was the BEST.
I used the web portal to make an appointment. I chose what appeared on the screen and added main issue for vehicle service needed. When I arrived for service, it could not be completed, for I chose oil change. However, I did include the additional item for vehicle service. I had to bring the vehicle back. The service employees were accommodating and topped off the necessary fluid that was low. The website for service appointment needs to be revisited, so it reflects what, I as the customer, need to be serviced.
I tow a dump trailer and work this vehicle hard. Nick was fantastic in helping me understand which repairs were needed and prepared me for work which may be necessary in the future. This car has been a great value and the repairs have be much less than I would normally expect given the rough use. Prime Motors has been constantly "excellent" over the six years I've live in Maine.
I must say, I truly enjoyed my experience working with Mike Passagno. From the moment I shook his hand, I felt a sense of relief with the car purchasing process... This is the first time I have set out to purchase a car on my own, and to be a honest, I was scared to death. After talking with Mike, asking 100 questions, and looking at 25 different options... I FINALLY DECIDED ON ONE... This man has the patience of a saint... THANK YOU MIKE FOR ALL YOUR HELP!
