He was kind & patient throughout the entire process. Mercedes even got me a lower APR than my credit union which allowed me to add GAP & a Manufacturer Warranty & still remain in budget. I am very pleased with Mercedes Benz of Plano & will for sure use them again!
I never write reviews or take surveys, with that being said I felt compelled after my experience at Parkplace Motors. My sales representative Jacob Eisenberg was very knowledgeable with the inventory at Parkplace, he was very patient with me and my wife pulling up several cars for us to look over. Charles (and Grant) made this experience the best. Smooth, easy, able to make the deal I needed. Did not try to sell me something I did not need and gave me pros and cons fo the vehicle I chose, very refreshing. The cons were very few and the pros far outweighed them. I recommend you ask for Charles and you will not regret it.

Greetings, I went car shopping at Park Place in Arlington last Saturday to look for a new vehicle. My husband and I were greeted by Mr. Felton Jones, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. Showed our kids to their awesome playroom, which made our decision process a bit easier. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Mr. Jones was very informative, and he was answering every question of ours patiently. Also, not to mention there was an HBCU connection between both our schools Grambling/Southern???Lol, but nowadays it commonly seen that car salesmen just don???t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. I traveled to Dallas out-of-state to inspect and buy a pre-owned Audi which I saw on their Car Gurus website. My contact was Bobby Howard who was very knowledgeable about the car, and who went over and beyond to take extra photos and videos to further enhance my perception of the vehicle. Bobby kept in contact with me and also met me at the airport. The preparation of the car was excellent - it had been put through the dealership internal detailer and was perfect. Overall, a great buying experience.

We had been repeat customers for a "Brand X" alternative to Mercedes Benz for years, but decided we would look at Mercedes as a way to develop a valid alternative. In part, this was just to help us determine fair value before going with another Brand X purchase. However, the Salesman (Malcolm Hodge) and the rest of the staff convinced us that a new Mercedes offered not only an excellent luxury vehicle, but the best overall value as well. I just walked in the door when Mike received me with a great smile, he offered me watter before any other questions. I just left the Lexus with a bad test in my mouth, I was ready for fight "his aproche changed my attached" and I ordered my car hopefully I will be home when I drive my car home
