Over the summer I was shopping for a new car. I went to several dealerships with my husband trying to narrow down my search I had a few cars in mind but wanted to check them out. My husband suggested we go check out a few SUV models at Mercedes. It was a Friday around 4pm. I think most of the people just wanted to go home and couldn’t wait to start their weekend. Out comes Sylvia and sees my husband and I looking and immediately gives us great information on the car and offers a few suggestions based off of what they have on inventory. She made us feel instantly comfortable with her and took us out on a few test drives to compare some models. Honestly if it wasn’t for her I may have gone with another car, but her immediate customer service made us feel right at home, we even bought two cars and came back the next day to take home the second the car! Flash forward 4 months later and my car gets a flat tire. Thanks to Sylvia keeping in touch and checking in on our purchase every once in awhile I knew exactly who to call and get some help. Mercedes roadside assistance towed my car right to the dealership and I had it fixed as soon as possible the next day. Joe in service was fantastic in getting this taken care of and even had me picked up from home so I could go get the fixed car and make it to work. I highly, highly recommend getting the tire warranty it is worth every penny especially living in Chicago with all the potholes and construction. Joe and Sylvi made a terrible situation feel so seemless. They really know how to take care of their clients.
We recently worked with Earl at Mercedes of Westmont to purchase a new Mercedes GLC 300. He went out of his way to make sure our whole family (including kids) were comfortable and attended to during the process. He worked hard to search for all possible vehicle options and spent time walking us through the features of the car both before and after the purchase. It was truly a first class experience and followed the "Driven to Delight" Mercedes culture. I hope to purchase a car there in the future!
Dave made this the best and most efficient car purchase ever. We were in and out. When we returned, the new car was cleaned and waiting for us. They gave us a great number on our trade in and the price per month was exactly what we told them if needed to be. Couldn???t be happier with our GLE

This dealership was top notch! Paul Price went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I would recommend Paul and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I had sent an email about a lease special. Nikki (unsure of spelling) call me right away. I was scheduled to see Mark Sat afternoon. I walked in, he listed to my needs, Priced out what the cars we spoke about. My husband had him price out a few other options, however, Mark showed us the great deal he was able to offer on the car i wanted. Did not try to up sell me. This was my very first luxury car purchase. It was a very exciting process for me. I have driven my previous car to the ground and it was time to treat myself with an upgrade. When I first checked out this dealership I was helped by Issac and Lok who were wonderful. It was a bit overwhelming as a first time customer but they were great! I wasn't ready to make my decision that night so I had to really think about my options. I'm glad they followed up. I made an appointment to come back a second time and Lok set me up with Hysen. Hysen made it a definitive decision this time around. He was very personable, we talked about growing up in Chicago, our backgrounds and cars- This helped turned down my stress level. He was very thorough, showing me all the GLC 300's in their showrooms. When I wasn't happy with the models there he drove me to their service center which holds all of their inventory. I saw all of the GLC's and I found the one! He let me drive it back to the dealership where we began the negotiating process. He made it so easy and stress free! We got our price within 20 minutes. I was sold! He went through all of the buttons, all of the features and everything I would need to know about this car. He didn't just go through the basics, he showed me how to work apple car play and really helped me decide what was important for me and what I needed vs. what I didn't need. I was there for about 3.5-4 hours until 10pm and he did not show any sort of frustration that we were there so late. He was patient, informative, professional and very down to earth. He helped me make decisions which is very important because he's the expert and I felt like I was in good hands. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this Mercedes Benz dealership, esp with the staff. Superb customer service! I will definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a MB car here, and most importantly to work with Hysen.
