I recently purchased a 2024 Ford Escape from Aaron Ford of Poway. The process went quite smoothly, but because it was a used vehicle with very low mileage, we had a few technicalities that came up during the process. I was surprised and pleased when the dealership GM, Vishal, reached out to my husband and I to have us into his office. He wanted to go over the details of the purchase and to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the transaction and purchase of our new vehicle. I typically dread the car buying experience, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

For a big heavy SUV, outstanding gas mileage. However, much carrying space in the rear is sacrificed, about 8 inches in height of the floor, for the batteries. I believe that Mercedes could have spent a little more time on design. Also this GLE was our 9th new Mercedes since 1973, and although the car has lots of really “neat” features and “cool” stuff, not forgetting amazing safety features, the quality of workmanship has slipped. Our upgraded and expensive leather interior is coming apart in our 18,000 mile vehicle. The side panel on the dash will not stay on. The exterior paint is so thin that a light touch by another vehicle scratches it - in fact, I am beginning to believe that our SUV or at least one side of it may have been repainted before it was sold to us. All in all, it’s really a good car and it will hopefully last for many more years.
