Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

Checking the car took to long when I brought it in I was told that checking the vehicle would take one half hour it ended up taking one hour and a half. When I as given the form on the vehicle items that needed to be fixed I could not understand the writing on the individual items. I would appreciate a typed recommendation on each item do I can know exactly what I will be repairing. Thank you

Who knew? We sure didn't know how EASY it was to sell our car at CARMAX. We completed the online questionnaire and received an online offer. We liked it! I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

Owner for 5 years never had a problem. 0-60 less than 4 secs. Better car experience than the current model. I am absolutely happy with the purchase. Bought the car as a certified pre owned.

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

They notify me when service is due because sometimes I forget and notification helps keep my vehicle safe for me and my family staff is very professional and treats me like a human being and not like a number like other dealerships I visited in the past. I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

My wife went to the dealership where we bought our Atlas because her vehicle had a noise that she just noticed. Long story short the vehicle had a recall on the stabilization bar, They told her that they could fix it in approximaely 3 weeks if she left the vehicle that day or they could schedule the repair in one and a half months. I scheduled an appointment with Rudolph and they took care of us the next morning l, our SUV was ready in a few hours and the service we received was great. I'm definitely coming back for all my future needs.

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

Signed a 3 year for this car in November of 2019 and ended up buying it because of COVID. I'm not mad at it. This elegant beauty is quite the head turner - sporty, reliable, and luxurious. The CLS 450 was ahead of it's time, with plush massaging leather seats, an inline 6 with a beautiful purr to it. Luxury scenting, dual massaging seats, and autonomous driving make it a pleasure to drive for short and long distances. This is more of a massive 2 seater in my opinion, but that doesn't matter if you don't plan on having backseat passengers. Friends tell me it looks like an NBA players car, and people are constantly complimenting it 5 years later. This car is a looker - the only issue being the fragile 20" OEM wheels. They are gorgeous, but don't drive over any potholes. Never had a single mechanical issue with this beauty, and plan on keeping it for years to come.
