The only concern I had was. I got the car service and some additional work done which was excellent so far but don’t the dealer wash and clean car before giving it back !! Mine was completely dirty !!! Also the loaner I got was dirty too.

I leased this car initially after having leased a GT Coupe for 3 years and needed a larger car for expanding family. I recently bought it out of the lease because I truly can’t imagine a better car in its class. It’s exhilarating to drive even in my 4th year of ownership. It looks imposing but not flashy, it sounds excellent (though admittedly the coupe sounded more muscle car like which I loved), is extremely fast and capable yet also very comfortable when you want to relax. Loaded with technology, large trunk that can easily fit two international check in luggage, massaging seats, great bolstering/support. Plus all wheel drive so car be a great all season car if you live somewhere with rain/snow, just make sure you swap the tires for winter ones as the Michelin pilot sport cup 2s are slippery in those conditions. If you’re looking for something that does it all and has supercar performance, this is a tremendous (in my view, best) option. I own a land rover defender 90 first edition, Ram 1500 limited, and Ferrari 599 gtb. This is my daily driver as it does everything the other three do (even faster than the Ferrari in fact) apart from hauling my bullmastiff, which I always use the ram for (though he used to ride in this GT when he was still a puppy). Anyways, don’t hesitate, this car is perfection.

Visited for scheduled maintenance. Quick turn around, waited at the dealership, very nice facility. Highly recommend.

At 73 years old I realize everyone's needs and experience in the car buying process is totally different but do yourself a favor and give this dealership(palasades maxda) a chance before you sign anywhere else and I'm sure you'll thank them and they will definitely impress you as I was. Smoothest ride ever. You feel safe in this car and your overall visibility is great. Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

Went in with a flat and all my tires were worn out. My local service guy never mentioned it to me. The manager pointed it out when I pulled inside.He came out introduced himself and gave me a 2020 GLE for a loaner. I think they did that on purpose! My car was done that day and washed. Everyone was so polite and all smiling even though my Mercedes was quite older, I felt valued. Great first experience.

I have owned my 2016 250 cla for 6 years did some great upgrades to motor about 300 horsepower now it’s a pleasure to drive and goes like a Bat out of xxxx
