My first experience was for my first oil change and all the other necessary things that are part of owning this incredible Mercedes Benz vehicle. I was greeted by Bryan Moser in the service department and he went over exactly what they would be serving on my vehicle. He was very professional and put me at ease. Wanted to know if I needed a loaner while they service my vehicle. Told him I was in no hurry and could wait. He said ok it should be ready for you in a few hours if you want to wait. It was ready in the exact time he informed me of. I just feel that the service and the way I was treated was over the top excellent. I would highly recommend this Mercedes dealership to all of my family and friends. PS the 2025 GLC43 AMG is a pleasure and fun exciting car to drive.

This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

They have technology in place that allows seamless communication between customer and service department (i.e., videos, invoices, approval of servicing) and the ability to pay prior to arrival. I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good
