First off all. This car is 100% gangster, legit to the core. The level of performance, curb appeal, and luxury refinement is unparalleled. Its the nicest car I've ever owned. Literally, every time and I mean every time I take it out people stop and stare, kids cheer, it turns heads. I don't know how else to describe it, but It makes you feel special when you drive it. The hydraulic steering is superb. The "I am Legend" pandemic runs I had in it we're amazing. Its like the more you push it, the more confidence inspiring it gets. It makes you feel like you are some kind of road boss, where you can just mob down any road or car you want; effortlessly. This is especially true when you put it Sport+. And the exhaust sound - forget about it! Its so bad xxx - super addicting. ** The one thing you must be careful of is: 120 mph feels like 30 mph. So you really have to watch your speed. It was designed to be an Autobahn ripper - so it has a way of "velocit-izing" you. It took me ~2-4 weeks to get used to driving it after coming off a Porsche 911. The hood is long, and its a big car. But it doesn't feel like it when you're driving it. The seats are very comfortable, which provides a sort of xxxx-pit like experience. Because of the moon roof, it helps to make it feel like there is more room. I used it as fun weekend car whenever the weather was nice. So could you daily drive it? Yes. But its not designed for city street driving really. As I alluded to earlier - its for traveling at high speed over long distances kind of car. The only negative side I have is that for city driving its not that great. Specifically, the transmission is jerky if you only do stop-and-go type driving at low speed under 15 mph. Its not terrible, but if I had to do this type of driving day to day, I would choose another car. Finally, for me, this car represents freedom. Freedom to lose yourself in the driving experience. Where you become one with the car, explore, and have fun adventures. As soon as I get in it - its like all of my problems seem to slip away. Its a very rewarding car, and I strongly recommend it.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

A car that can provide exhilarating performance, and comfortable highway cruising. It simultaneously provides top up solidarity and safety with top down panache with beautiful elegance. The “experts” say it is heavy. It is, but some right foot snaps away that illusion. They squabble about “dead steering” and brakes that are a bit numb. But If you toss it into a turn or need to stop it , be assured it will perform with aplomb, without the fussy twitching of a boy-racer. All cars, even ones with $100,000+ price tags, are compromises between performance and comfort, nimbleness and stability. This car is not aimed at a testosterone-fueled owner clawing up the ladder, but rather a confident owner that needs to prove nothing other than to show up. And for me, that makes this car the perfect compromise. It never fails to bring a smile. Few machines provide this level of comfort, performance, and design quality. And if a machine can bring joy along with performance, hasn’t really done its job In a spectacular way?

Veteran Review. Showroom is nicely put together. All of the staff are friendly. Highly recommend checking out their website and pre-applying for a loan and making an appointment. Had an issue with the extended warranty and thankfully Topline Auto Group made it right. They have some very nice vehicles on the showroom floor for decent prices.

Blacked out- the sun only finds its way in at the apex of noon, this I like for my long commute. Fantastic. Luxury. Seat warmers. Cruise features so safe you can set exactly how close (by feet) you want to come to the vehicle ahead of you.

My 2001 SLK 320 is a great car, it's fast,dependable , gets good gas mileage, looks and looks great. I get a lot of compliments daily, for being over 20 years old that's saying a lot.

I always got bored with my Asian cars & had no respect for those cars....but My Mercedes Benz C240 always made me proud to own the car when I pulled up in front of friends while saving me thousands of dollars because it never broke down. They are the best vehicles made in the world.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

LKL was one of six dealers we visited while shopping for a used Tahoe. I can't say enough good things about Sean and his process of helping us with the purchase of this vehicle. We negotiated an extra fee to take care of some scratches in the paint and his body guy did a fantastic job. We also purchased some new door remotes and found out that they were not able to be user programmed, so Sean brought out his kit and ran the process to program both new remotes. 2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

I was able to test drive the vehicle the same day I came to check it out and they didn't pressure me at all into purchasing it. I bought my 2003 mb SL500 in 2023 with 30,000 original miles. It runs excellent has a bullet proof engine and design will always be IN vogue cuz of its sleek design. I got all the previous repair receipts from original owner which is great to know the history. As with any 21 yr old car there may be repairs. I have a great MB independent repair shop called Star Motors in Gainesville Fl who really knows these cars and they fix them right and for less than a dealer. Sure thing’s can go wrong and I have found repairs about 25% more than Honda or Toyota. One has to factor in repairs no matter what. I like the 5.0 engine and one thing is they last! They ride so smooth on the wide tires on the highways and there tight steering. Bose sound system still working great afte all these years. Buy one have it inspected if your worried. There in my view great cars. Depreciated a lot since new at $100,000 out the door. So paying 15k to 20k is a bargain. You’ll love it!

Great car, very fast, smooth, and quiet. Long doors can be hard to get out in a parking lot. The only thing I have a problem with is the electrics, setting the clock time, or resetting mileage. The car's phone is also out of date, and not usable.

This is the 2nd SL class I've owned, so ill try to keep this objective. These are state of the art vehicles with features way ahead of their time. They are built straight forward and repairs can be undertaken by the owner more than one would think. If you can find one in a salvage yard, you can learn how things come apart with little risk of damaging your own. The value of the experience sometimes outweighs the time it takes to learn. If that makes any sense... This car is easy to love, who wouldn't? Neck breaking acceleration, sexy good looks, the way it cradles its occupants, and surrounds them with luxury appointments unmatched by other maker's offerings. The feel is rock solid at the wheel and pedals, despite how heavy the car feels. More than enough ponies, to confidently pass or merge, and brakes that could stop a semi-tractor. The gauges are well placed, and logical information comes at your finger tips with the multi-function steering wheel. The cockpit seating seems to have an Infinite number of positions, and the easy exit feature will undoubtedly preserve the leather of the lumbar lobe. Controls are semi-ergo friendly; however the roll bar and hard top controls would be better positioned anywhere besides directly under your elbow. Concealing the roll bar up/down switches beneath the top control, does not demonstrate forethought by MB engineers. Driving the car is truly exhilarating, top up or top down. The sound remains with BOSE, and a disc changer allows for more choice. Staggered wheels are staple with the MB roadster, and improved with 35/40 series width adding to the nimble agility already demonstrated by the car. So... What's to hate? Depreciation! I feel sorry for the 1st owners of an SL. At the same time i envy that they can take it in stride. If it were not for these brazen buyers, i would never be able to afford this car. Repairs and failures... Fortunately, I've got advanced wrenching ability or this car would keep me in hock up to my neck. Although the hard top is a mastery of elegance in motion, it is delicate and prone to failure. The deck lid/boot cover/trunk lid, can present quite a challenge when, (not if), the latch fails. There is literally no way to get at the repair w/o creating damage in the course of gaining access to the latch assembly. I ended up designing and fabricating a tool that can reach the manual release levers from the rear of the cockpit. This body style incorporates a fuel cel that has an internal problem. A baffle becomes disconnected and creates an obnoxious clunk at the storage bulkhead. The fix is said to call out 18+ hours of tech time to remedy. (Ouch!) The bottom line is: you take the good with the bad, and hope that you can DIY when the time comes for repair. Till that time...enjoy the love.
