We purchased a mini-cooper for our daughter from Kirkpatrick Auto. Mr. Kirkpatrick was very kind and at no point did we feel taken advantage of. Several people have complained, but our experience was great! Our daughter loves the car and there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Our advice……buy the extended warranty if you have concerns. Remember…..it’s a USED vehicle.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Positive experience ftom the beginning to end of buying a new Miata. Colby was our salesperson and treated my husband, Bill, and me like we were his #1 priority. I have this car for almost 6 years I have no major problem at all. We always use this for long drive and short heavy cargo. Excellent SUV.

Fairly good. The theme was a no commission sales. So the person assigned to me wasn’t going to try to sell me. Well I’m an older man so I really wasn’t worried about that. The car I was interested in was getting some work done so I had to wait a bit. After driving it I knew it was a decent price and I had already researched the worth of my trade. They gave me my price for my trade and the deal was done. Now I have learned that the real profit is made in the closing process. I was just too tired to deal with that. So the next day I went in to finish up. There definitely was some pressure to buy an extended warranty and furture service. But my salesman really wasn’t able to get me to buy any of that. So in closing, I got a good deal on the car and a decent price for my trade. But an inexperienced buyer may have ended up with a lot more cost. So know what you’re buying and selling and don’t get talked into buying something that you really don’t need.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it

Recently purchased a pre owned Range Rover from Jackie Cooper. Mike Cooper was awesome and had fantastic communication throughout the entire process. I live in Oregon, nearly 2000 miles away. I found a car that I wanted to buy and Nathan my sales guy did everything possible to make my car buying experience fantastic. Buying a car sight unseen is scary, Nathan took a walk around video of the car showing me all the flaws (used car). The transaction went flawless and Nathan promised I would not be disappointed. In my opinion, the 1999-2002 SL500's represent the very best two-seater convertible in the world at any price. Sure there are now metal-retractable-top convertibles, and they're very slick - however, as far as classic rag-tops go, there is nothing that beats the SL500 in all six categories... In the under $100K price-range, there was nothing at the time to beat it - the Jaguar XJS and XK8 are both nice, but the SL is just more solid, more subtle and engineered to perfection. Whether it's competing with a Porsche Cabriolet, a BMW Z8, a Jaguar or any number of other prestige-brand luxury two-seaters, the SL holds its own against convertibles even in a higher price-range, such as late-90's early 2000's Aston-Martins, Maserati's (99-2002), and even the comparable Ferrari's (355 Spyder)... To find a car more competent, fast, stylish AND comfortable is not easy - at any price. I bought a '99 SL500 with 42K miles on it - it has been just stellar. I bought in 2009 for $20K (less than a fifth of its almost $100K new-car cost). Fast, fluid, fun - and safe, reliable and efficient... People don't buy these for the gas-mileage, but they are as efficient as anything new in the same class - I get over 20mpg average, and that's with a 300hp V8... Even the brand-new models don't do much better. In any case, I cannot fault this car in any category - the styling, both inside and out, is timeless, elegant and sporty. The car rides beautifully, is hushed at all speeds, handles nimbly (especially for such a heavy car) and feels solid as a vault. Although I had to do a fair amount of maintenance to get the car perfect when I bought it (such as power-top actuators, etc.), there were no surprises, as we had the car inspected. A properly-maintained car is incredibly reliable and durable - they are built to deliver lots of trouble-free motoring, and they are just about the classiest thing out there. Although this model (99-02) is now passing the ten-year mark, it is still so modern in every respect - from performance to comfort and safety... The only thing it doesn't have is Navigation and parking sensors - two things I've never missed, as the car is a very modest size (easy to park), and it's easy to use a smart-phone for navigation... Bottom-line: the safest, most reliable convertible of this genre - a beautiful, elegant car that still holds its own thirteen years later...
