Best experience ever! The honesty, patience, and compassion shown by the manager and the sales consultants was honestly a breath of fresh air. It's truly a "no pressure" lot. That alone says a lot about the management and employees. Brian and Chris are two of the most genuine fellas I've ever met!

The GlK 250 diesel is a pain in the butt to maintain annual service. I put 2500 km on it annually and park it in the winter. The annual service charge is usually 1000 bucks. I live 3 hours away from a dealership that is only able to do service on weekdays. Bottom line the diesels need to be serviced annually which can be pricey if under miled. If you have to drive a distance to your nearest Mercedes dealership then count on doing it during the week. This was my dream vehicle but I realize it is a pain in the butt to own.
Every time we have dealt with frank fletcher Chrysler things have gone smoothly. We will not hesitate to buy another vehicle thru frank fletcher and we will recommend them to all of our friends.

This car met all my expectations even much more than I thought it would be.And I personally think that this is one of the top cars that anyone can imagine.Very comforting a lot of leg room ,awesome visibility and much more.
I just bought a Hyundai Sonata hybrid from Alan Conway and it was an outstanding experience, he is very honest and friendly, if your looking for a new or used car ask for him and he will take care of you!
Should have returned it within the week!

From the time I purchased the car the brakes have squealed like a pig being tortured when they are cold. Brought it back and was told that they were aware of the situation and were waiting on a recall or fix. Okay, I can be patient. Several months later, nothing resolved. Talk to a different mechanic and he directs me to a fix that Mercedes is aware of! Take the vehicle back to Mercedes only to be told that since it's a wear item they don't cover it. Had I been told up front that they were not going to correct their problem I would not have kept the car. Oh well, lesson learned...back to Lexus!
Allen was awesome and he got me into a car I instantly fell in love with! It’s perfect for my two kids. I told him exactly what I wanted and he got it! Thank you so so much for getting me approved!
