I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.

We were out looking for an SUV for my wife and we came across Landmark Motors. Jason Lonsdale came out and we discussed different options. After looking around the lot, we found the right SUV with low mileage. They provided a fair value for our trade in and the whole process went very smooth. At times I wasn't sure we would agree to move forward but we found a way. They also offered very good options on financing! I have a 2019 GLE 43 AMG version. At roughly 45,000 miles, the car started making an intermittent rubbing sound when shifting through 1-3 gears under a slight load. Took it to the dealership. They hear the noise but cannot locate it. Power train Engineering is involved but simply said they knew of no issues. The problem has not been resolved. Has anyone else had a similar issue??

Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. We end up buying a car! Customer service was great and now we will have to drive the car for a little while before I will make any comments. OVERALL the experience.

This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

Took our Infiniti QX60 in for servicing and couldn't be more pleased with the visit. Scheduling was available and easy, Brandon thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and the work was done in no time. We love our car and love having a trustworthy place to take it for any of our needs.

I was looking for a used Tesla Model Y, when I found a good possibility at Mercedes Benz of Bellevue. Nicholas clearly and candidly answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Purchasing the vehicle was also straightforward, with a clear description of each form that needed a John Hankock. I had a positive experience.

Smooth and easy buying process, altough being a first time buyer kinda felt that fell victim to sales tactics from the finance guy. They dont tell you the interest rate that you qualified over the phone even after I had paid $2500 reservation fee and was waiting for the car to clear the CPO process. Then the sales guy tells you an absurdly high interest rate stating that this is what the current market is at. Then the finance guy magically says he can cut down 1.65% if you opt into the mercedes products(extended warranties, protections etc.) which honestly are priced pretty premium and without much explanation or time to understand the process you are just overwhelmed and end up buying things that you dont need tbh. But yeah, love the car so far so all good. Get things in writing from the sales agent of any goodies or accessories that he made promises in the air before the deal.. And remember even when they comfort you for beign your first time buying a car and saying that they understand, everyones out for themselves and definitely just treat you like a cascow at the end of the day.

Buying a car was so easy. I reached a deal inside of 15 min, including my trade. And they make the transaction simple and I was in and out. My salesperson then demo'ed the car for me and followed up 2 days later to ensure I was good. Well done!

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

My wife and I recently purchased a Class B camper van from Quality Auto Center, and it was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase we have had in over 50 years of buying vehicles, including autos and rv's. We worked primarily with Laura, but Christian was "at our service" as well. Laura was very patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She stayed in almost daily contact with us reporting the results of the many questions we asked of her. She's a keeper! We drove the two hours to Lynnwood convinced we would be driving our "new" camper van home, simply because Laura had convinced us that this was the one we had been searching for three month to find. She was right! The van was sparkling clean and ready to roll when we arrived. Paperwork was a quick breeze and her orientation informative. First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

Jeff and Pat are both great people, they were nice and very inviting to their dealership. I came in not expecting the hospitality that they offered me and made me felt good when looking at the car I wanted and after my purchase. When they set me up with a test drive, they brought in Ethan. Ethan was as well great towards me and had a fun and enjoying experience through the test drive. Even their mechanic talked to me and were very nice and friendly. Besides the fact that they have a very nice team. coming into their doors, they had refreshments and snacks even for the kids if you were to bring them. Some places offer you coffee but I am not a big coffee drinker so its nice to have options. It might be a small thing but I look at it as if they care about their customers and their family/friends that they bring along when purchasing a vehicle. I have been to many dealers to look for cars and this was one of the best places I've been to and nicer places I've seen. I would have dealerships who don't speak a word with me until they are ready to sell me the car or people who gets an attitude when asking for extra things for the car. Jeff and Pat were very reasonable through the whole way and we all looked eye to eye at the end of the day without attitude or arguments even when we don't agree on some things. Very professional and treats you like a friend/family. I am very happy with my purchase and very grateful it was through them and highly recommend stopping by to see what they have to offer.
