I'm currently the owner of the 2021 E53 and it's my second MB. I chose this specific car because I enjoy the E-class size, functionality, and finishes. My other MB is a diesel E350 so jumping into this AMG was a big change but I don't regret it. Fast, nimble, head turner, high end customization and finishes are noteworthy. Expect a somewhat rougher ride than non-AMG but that is to be expected with the sport tuned suspension and run flat tires. The matte finish hides dirt and easily and is maintainable. I choose to hand wash the car. Expect this car to last and perform with regular scheduled maintenance. I use a trusted import mechanic for most of the maintenance and the dealer for very specific issues such as a fast blinking turn light problem I had. The transmission shifts can be rough if in sport mode, coming to a complete stop and then taking off. It seems like the trans needs a minute to get back to 1st gear. Other than that, the car is a rocket. I haven't used the track mode yet or unlocked drift mode but I will soon. I can recommend this car, knowing the quality of MB is top notch. All cars will have issues and MB isn't immune to this but you're paying for the performance, fit, and SAFETY. These cars are built like tanks with over engineering in mind. I appreciate that detail and that is why I continue to be a MB loyalist.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

From purchase to service the staff has always been professional and courteous. Our service advisor Richie always keeps us updated and bends over backwards to make sure we?re taken care of.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

The only reason I am giving this dealership 5 stars is because of the service advisor, Eric Williams. Eric is the only advisor that picks up his phone, returns calls, is kind, efficient, professional, and truly cares. The other advisors never return calls. The service manager, Chris, also does not reply or return calls. They have lost selling me service contracts because they will not reply. Chris, the service manager, is always asking how can we gain your service again. Well, perhaps by providing stellar customer service which would include calling customers back especially if they ask for the manager. Mercedes Benz has not been the same since Ruben Santiago left.

The dealership was very responsive regarding a vehicle that I found on cars.com. In the end, I purchased a different vehicle also found on cars.com, same make and model, just one year newer. If the car that I bought had been at MB of North Orlando, I would have had no hesitation buying from them as they supplied all of the info that I was looking for.

With immense pride, I have no qualms stating I am an extremely difficult customer. If I'm about to give five figures to a business, they better prove they deserve it. So if I give a business, actually it's people 5 stars, I guarantee you, it is very well deserved. I could not have requested a better sales person than Tony C. He is professional, polite and persistent to get things done - within his own organization! I have just as much praise for their Finance Director, Gabriel. He worked with me to give me the best mutually beneficial deal he could. A little to be expected back-and-forth, but it was an honest and transparent exchange nonetheless. Incredibly, even after I took possession of my newly purchased but previously used car, I discovered an issue the next day which they could have easily denied responsibility for. They not only "owned up" to it, they did everything they could to get it taken care of post haste. I went to this dealership with my son just to look around so I can get some idea on how much used full size trucks are going for. I liked the selection and the prices were reasonable. Ariana was the person who helped us out. She was incredible. She was not pushy and she was a subject matter expert when it came to the right truck with all the features I was looking for and my budget. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Ariana.

Recently traded a 2019 Corvette Z06 for this 2020 SL450. The Mercedes is much quieter and rides better. Quality and fun factor is high. Mercedes infotainment system and menus needs to be more user friendly.

I bought a 2015 Lexus NX200t with 65K miles. Andre was my salesperson and let me take my time looking at the vehicle. The vehicle was a one owner so it's in good shape. What everyone needs to remember is that these are used vehicles, so they are not perfect. You have time to look at the Carfax and look over the vehicle. My only beef was that they add almost $1500 for 3 years of LoJack and the vehicle did not have a full tank of gas. But they tell you about everything on the purchase agreement. Everything from dealer fees to taxes are on the sellers agreement. If you don't agree with a fee or service don't buy the vehicle. If you don't know much about condition and wear and tear, bring someone who does. Don't buy a vehicle then complain that you don't agree with something because you didn't do your homework or read the Carfax. Thanks to Andre, Manuel and Leo.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).
